INTISARI Umbi bawang dayak memiliki kadar antioksidan yang sangat tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan formula masker gel feel off ekstrak umbi bawang dayak yang menghasilkan pembentukan film yang baik berdasarkan hasil evaluasi fisik. Masker gel peel off dibuat dalam 3 formula dengan parameter perbedaan konsentrasi PVA. Formula 1 PVA 10 %, formula 2 12%, formula 3 PVA 13%. Proses pembuatan ekstrak dengan cara maserasi, kemudian dipekatkan dengan evaporator dan dibuat sediaan masker gel peel off dengan penambahan eksipien. Hasil uji organoleptis menunjukkan parameter aroma, warna dan tekstur tidak berbeda nyata antar formula. Hasil uji fisik menunjukkan formula 3 dengan PVA 13 % menghasilkan masker gel peel off yang paling baik dibandingkan dengan formula 1 dan 2, dengan nilai viskositas 3,833 cps, pH 6, homogeny, waktu mongering < 15 menit dan uji daya sebar 5, 815 cm. Kata kunci: bawang dayak, masker gel peel off, PVA. ABSTRACT Bawang Dayak bulbs have a very high antioxidant content. This study aims to get the mask gel feel off formula the bawang Dayak bulb extract that results in good film formation based on the results of physical evaluation. The mask gel Peel off is made in 3 formulas with different parameters of PVA concentration. Formula 1 PVA 10%, formula 2 12%, formula 3 PVA 13%. The process of preparing the extract by maceration, then concentrated with evaporator and made gel mask preparation with the addition of excipients. The results of organoleptic tests showed the parameters of aroma, color and texture were not significantly different between the formulas. Physical test results showed that formula 3 with PVA 13% yielded the best peel off gel mask compared with formula 1 and 2, with viscosity value 3,833 cps, pH 6, homogeny, mongering time <15 min and spreading test 5,515 cm. Tahongai leaves (Kleinhovia hospita L.) is a medicinal plant that has antioxidant activity which is almost equivalent to vitamin C. The development of the dosage form to improve the utilization of these plants. Therefore Tahongai leaves made in the form Orally Disintegrating Tablets (ODT), which has several advantages such as more practical use because it can be consumed without the use of water and can be used by people who are hard to swallow capsules or tablets as well as having good taste in the mouth. This study was carried out experimentally using four formulas with various concentrations Explotab® ie; formula 1 (2%); formula 2 (4%); Formula 3 (6%) and the formula 4 (8%). The evaluation of ODT are uniformity of weight, hardness, friability and disintegration time.The results showed that the concentration Explotab® influence on the physical properties of ODT ie hardness, friability and disintegration time. Explotab® concentration of 4% is the best concentration that meets the requirements of the physical properties ODT Tahongai leaf extract. Cockroaches as mechanical vectors for some pathogenic microorganisms such as: Streptococus, Salmonella and contributing to spread diseases of dysentery, diarrhea, cholera, hepatitis A viruses and Polio. Controling of cockroaches presents using synthetic insecticides but it can be subtitutes by naturalinsecticides that called srikaya leaf extract. The aims of this study to looked the content of secondary metabolite compounds in srikaya leaves, determining the mortality of cockroaches and LC50. This study used 6 cockroaches with concentrations of 5%, 10%, 20% and 30%, K (+) baygon, K (-) aquades with 3 times replications and observed for 3 hours. The data were analyzed using Probit Analysis to determine LC50. The result of identification of phytochemical compound, srikaya leaf contains flavonoid, saponin, alkaloid and tannin. The percentage mortality of cockroach at concentration 5%, 10%, 20%, and 30% respectively were 11,11%, 22,22%, 27,77%, and 53,33% with LC50 346.736 ppm.
Proses berpikir kritis siswa tentunya berbeda tergantung pada kemampuan matematika masing-masing siswa. Kemampuan matematika dikenal sebagai kemampuan literasi matematika. kemampuan ini memengaruhi proses penyelesaian masalah matematika. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk melakukan pendeskripsikan proses pemikiran kritis siswa pada permasalahan matematika dalam hal literasi matematika. Penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara berbasis tes. Subjek yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga siswa menengah pertama kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Waru, 1 siswa laki-laki tingkat 1 kemampuan apa yang ditulis, 1 perempuan tingkat 2 kemampuan melihat apa yang tertulis, dan 1 perempuan 3 kemampuan melihat apa yang tertulis. Alat penilaian yang digunakan terdiri dari tes kemampuan literasi matematika dalam bentuk PISA, item tes untuk penyelesaian permasalahan matematika dalam persamaan garis lurus, serta pedoman wawancara terstruktur. Penganalisisan data menggunakan indikator pemikiran kritis FRISCO dengan empat urutan penyelesaian permasalahan Polya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proses berpikir kritis siswa dengan kemampuan literasi setiap level dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika pada materi persamaan garis lurus meliputi: level-1 dan level-2 belum mampu berpikir kritis. Pada level-3 ini siswa mampu berpikir kritis.
