Kepala sekolah bertanggung jawab secara penuh dalam perannya sebagai pemimpin pada upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan tantangan dan upaya kepala sekolah pendidikan anak usia dini dalam memotivasi para guru menjadi guru penggerak menuju sekolah penggerak yang berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam serta observasi pada 15 kepala sekolah pendidikan anak usia dini di Jawa Barat, diperkuat dengan studi literatur dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian mencakup 12 Upaya yang telah dilakukan kepala sekolah PAUD dalam mengembangkan lembaga menuju sekolah penggerak. Tantangan dalam mengembangkan lembaga PAUD menuju Sekolah Penggerak mencakup 12 hal yang saling terkait dan perlu diatasi bersama dengan seluruh pihak yang terkait, dan Kepala Sekolah selama ini telah melakukan 7 upaya penting dalam rangka memupuk Semangat Guru PAUD untuk mengikuti Program Sekolah Penggerak
Guru PAUD di era digitalisasi ini dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi yang memadai, baik dari segi wawasan maupun penggunaan teknologi digitalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat kompetensi digital guru PAUD. Pendekatan dan metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara pada 10 orang guru PAUD di Kecamatan Babakan Ciparay, Kota Bandung. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa tingkat kompetensi digital guru PAUD pada area pembuatan konten dan pengetahuan, evaluasi dan problem solving serta teknis pengoperasian masih rendah. Sedangkan pada area kolaborasi dan etika serta tanggung jawab sudah lebih tinggi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya tuntutan kebutuhan mereka untuk berinteraksi dengan relasi dan menjadi bagian dari komunitas online. Dibutuhkan pelatihan dengan materi wawasan dan penggunaan teknologi digital terutama di dalam mengakses, mengelola informasi, dan menjadikannya sebuah konten dalam pembelajaran di PAUD
This study aims to describe how a digital literacy workshop model is ideal for parents in the fourth industrial era. The study used a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and literature study. The research was conducted at Cibeureum, in the South Cimahi Subdistrict, in Indonesia. The research subjects consisted of five parents with children aged 7 to 16 years old. The findings of this study indicate that knowledge, understanding, and skills in using media, especially social media, among parents are still lacking. Hence, leading to inadequate parental supervision of children's activities on social media within the digital age and now the fourth industrial era, which comes with a lot of challenges. The present study established a digital literacy workshop model for parents that may be appropriate through a combination of theory and practice, as well as the mentorship of parents in the guidance of their children within this era of the fourth industrial revolution. The workshop model helps to increase the knowledge and ability of parents in using social media and also helps to improve parental supervision of children in using other forms of technology. The drugs abuse (narcotics, psychotropic and addictive substances) from year to year has been increasing. Drug abuse is a threat and complex problem that can destroy the society. This research is expected to describe the effectiveness of public counselling conducted by BNN West Bandung Regency on the prevention of drug abuse on the knowledge of society. This research was conducted in 2021 in Cigugur Girang Village of West Bandung Regency. This research used quantitative approach with pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The results of the analysis with the paired sample t-test showed that there is a difference between the final understanding and the initial understanding of the community who received counseling on drug hazards, implying that counseling activities are extremely effective in improving public knowledge level of hazardous drugs.
