Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penyelenggaraan program bimbingan dan konseling di Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu dengan menggunakan kajian pustaka. Kajian pustaka adalah kegiatan yang meliputi mencari, membaca, dan menelaah laporan-laporan penelitian dan bahan pustaka yang memuat teori-teori yang relevan dengan penelitian yang akan dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendukung dalam penyelenggaraan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling yaitu dukungan kepala sekolah, kompetensi konselor, sertifikat dan akreditas serta kredensial. Sedangkan indikator dari faktor penghambat antara lain, (1) Dasar penyusunan program dan isi program, (2) Sarana dan prasarana, (3) Kemampuan petugas (latar belakang pendidikan), (4) Petugas bimbingan dan konseling mempunyai peranan sesuai dengan sifat dan kemampuan fungsional disekolah (guru mata pelajaran, staf administrasi, wali kelas, kepala sekolah).
This research aims to determine the of personality type in career decision making of vocational high school students based on the theory John L Holland's theory. The results of this study indicate that Holland's theory gives attention to behavioral characteristics or personality types as a major causes in individual career choices and development. A person's personality according to Holland is the result of heredity and environmental influences. Holland's theory helps individuals to plan their career, and explains that the interaction of individuals with the environment can produce characteristics of job choices and adjustments to the work environment. Holland divides six types of personality that correlate with the type of work environment, namely realistic, intellectual, artistic, social, enterprising and conventional. Previous studies have shown that personality types and environmental characteristics can help students make career decisions
The purpose of this study was to determine the Self-efficacy of students in their ability to achieve a certain level in the context of work. Respondents in this study were 234 students of class XII Vocational High School in Tangerang City. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with the snowball sampling method. Researchers distributed online questionnaires through Google Forms to student representatives from several class XII Vocational High School in various schools. The instrument used in this study was the Work Self-efficacy Scale (WSES). This scale consists of a total of 10 items with 2 dimensions, namely Relational Willingness and Commitment. The results of the study, this Work Self-efficacy instrument can be declared reliable and valid. It is said to be reliable or consistent because in the third test, the calculation results obtained a Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient value of 0.874. The coefficient value is greater than the standard parameter, namely 0.7. This means that this instrument can be used repeatedly and can produce a consistent picture of Work Self-efficacy.
