Computer-based learning media is the use of a computer to help present learning materials to students, monitor the progress of learning or choose additional learning materials in accordance with student learning needs individually or is a form of application and use of computers that are applied in student learning directly to convey the content of the lesson, providing student learning exercises. The purpose of this study is the development of interactive multimedia computer-based on the subject of civic education in elementary education. This research method using an approach of research and development with stages: requirement analysis, design, and validation expert. The results of this study found that interactive multimedia applications based on computer valid and suitable for use in teaching and learning activities in primary schools.
The purpose of this research is to explore the students’ perception about the implementation of blended learning approach (BLA) in inclusive education course. Thirty (30) students participated in this research. The data collection was done by open interview to know students’ perception about the implementation of blended learning. The interview results were analyzed using context analysis techniques. Based on the data analysis, there are four catego-ries of students' attention, namely: display of learning management system (LMS); accessibility; the benefits and sustainability. Student perceptions of each category are: the LMS display on the web of 50.53% is appropriate and simple, but must be modified to make it easier for students to understand. The negative perception about accessibility of 69.57% indicates that internet access to the web is still unstable and slow. Positive perception about BLA benefit of 66.94% indicates good benefits to students especially in terms of adding learn-ing experiences, knowledge, variations of learning models and learning more flexible and independent. A positive perception of BLA sustainability of 66.18% indicates should be continued because it can increase students' learning interest, learn more modern, flexible and independent.
The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 emphasizes the importance of the digital literacy elaboration that links the full technological and pedagogical capabilities to enhance learning outcomes in all three domains that include knowledge, skills and attitudes. Much is needed of factor analysis and measurement studies that touch on aspects of pedagogy and technology as an indicator analysis of pedagogical competency development models. The method used is a quantitative approach, data analysis technique is done through the Goodness of-Fit criteria. The stages of modeling and analysis of structural equations in the analysis of first and second measurement models are performed with CFA and using SEM as a tool. Data analysis was also carried out to analyze indicators that predominantly influenced learning outcomes. The results of the study concluded that the Technological and Pedagogical Model was a factor and measurement of learning achievements in education.
The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between critical thinking, self-concept and Civic Education learning outcomes of Grade 5 students in the State Elementary School 01 Mempawah, Mempawah District of West Borneo province, the amount of students are 30 students. The technique used to analyze the data is the statistical technique of regression and correlation. The research result showed that there was a positive correlation between (1) Critical thinking and learning outcomes Civic Education (2) Self-Concept and Civic Education learning outcomes (3) critical thinking, self-concept and learning outcomes of Civic Education. It can be concluded there is relationship between critical thinking, self-concept and Civic Education learning outcomes.

Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan konsep diri dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Mempawah Kabupaten Mempawah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah teknik statistik regresi dan korelasi Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada korelasi positif antara (1) Berpikir kritis dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (2) Konsep Diri dengan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (3) berpikir kritis dan konsep diri dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Berarti hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara berpikir kritis dan konsep diri dengan hasil belajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan.
