The purpose of this research is to explore the students’ perception about the implementation of blended learning approach (BLA) in inclusive education course. Thirty (30) students participated in this research. The data collection was done by open interview to know students’ perception about the implementation of blended learning. The interview results were analyzed using context analysis techniques. Based on the data analysis, there are four catego-ries of students' attention, namely: display of learning management system (LMS); accessibility; the benefits and sustainability. Student perceptions of each category are: the LMS display on the web of 50.53% is appropriate and simple, but must be modified to make it easier for students to understand. The negative perception about accessibility of 69.57% indicates that internet access to the web is still unstable and slow. Positive perception about BLA benefit of 66.94% indicates good benefits to students especially in terms of adding learn-ing experiences, knowledge, variations of learning models and learning more flexible and independent. A positive perception of BLA sustainability of 66.18% indicates should be continued because it can increase students' learning interest, learn more modern, flexible and independent.

Tujuan artikel ini mendeskripsikan langkah pengemabangan profesionalisme guru di SMP BPI Bandung. Peningkatan profesionalisme guru IPA yaitu kemampuan berpikir kritis, kolaboratif, kreativitas dan komunikasi. Hal tersebut menarik untuk dikaji ulang dan dibentuk menjadi kecakapan guru dalam pembelajaran. Hal tersebut sangat penting karena guru merupakan agen perubahan generasi penerus yang akan datang. Kebermutuan anak-anak sekarang dan masa yang akan datang tergantung pada keberhasilan pendidikan yang dilakukan. Pembelajaran yang dengan guru yang profesional akan menghasilkan pembelajaran yang bermutu. Metode yang digunakan merupakan deskriptif kualitatif.  Hasil Penelitian memperoleh dengan adanya kegiatan perencanaan yang baik maka akan menghasilkan pengimplementasian pembelajaran berjalan dengan lebih baik dan bermutu. Kesimpulannya pengembangan profesionalisme guru IPA SMP BPI di Bandung yang cocok diterapkan yaitu pengembangan komunitas belajar guru melalui metode lesson study, adanya peningkatan keprofesionalisasime guru, kesiapan, percayadiri dan mau menerima kritikan. Perencanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan menyesuaikan siswa supaya dapat belajar. Lesson desain tersusun pada tahap perencanaan yang tersusun simple dan sistematis. Selanjutnya pengimplementasian lesson desain dalam pembelajaran yang memfasilitasi siswa belajar, guru lebih percaya diri dan siap dalam pembelajaran. Tahap terakhir refleksi bersama untuk memperbaiki dan belajar bersama melalui pembelajaran yang dilakukan.

This paper will identify some of the barriers and challenges in teaching English early in Indonesia. We believe that teaching English as a foreign language has many obstacles and challenges that must be raised and published so that all parties with interest in teaching foreign languages ??in Indonesia, especially in early childhood, will receive enlightenment. So, we have first received much input from various data sources that we access electronically. All of our data is related to the purpose of this study, and we analyze it with a descriptive qualitative design under the control of a phenomenological approach so that the results will be valid and reliable findings. Based on the discussion of the findings, we can conclude that many teachers are often hampered by a lack of enthusiasm, limited study schedules, teaching resources, inadequate materials, and excess students in class. On the other hand, students have shallow learning motivation and very few skills related to learning English as a foreigner. Therefore, this is an insight for many parties who work in succeeding in English teaching in Indonesia.
