This research aims to explore elementary school teachers' perceptions of implementing an independent curriculum during the COVID-19 pandemic imposed by the Indonesian government as alternative learning to address the problem of learning loss. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 38 teachers in primary schools across 13 different regions in Indonesia. Data analysis using thematic qualitative quasi-analysis. The analysis found four main themes: urgency, challenges, support and teaching strategies in implementing an independent curriculum. The research concludes that the success of the curriculum will be determined mainly by technological readiness, support and collaboration from all stakeholders, both central and local governments, educational quality assurance institutions, universities, schools, teachers, parents and the community. This research contributes to solve the problems faced by the Indonesian government due to the impact of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic which results in low literacy.
This research is aimed at finding the strategy of low class management at planning, managing and controlling stages at Amaliah Elementary School Ciawi Bogor. This research uses qualitative method using a case study approach. The data collection procedures were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation study. The validity test was carried out through the additional time of research, finding the data similarity, the seriousness of the research, data triangulation, discussion, references and making detailed description. The conclusion of the research at the planning stage is started by making lesson plans, annual and semester program. The classroom management was carried out through the arrangement of the students and better classroom facilities, classroom physical condition, students' social, emotional condition and the expertise of the teachers in managing classroom as the key the success of the fun teaching process. While the controlling stake was carried out through classroom monitoring and supervision, which was done every day by home class teachers for all students and then given the reward and punishment model. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan melalui cara memperpanjang waktu penelitian, mencari siklus kesamaan data, ketekunan penelitian, triangulasi, diskusi, mencari kecukupan referensi dan membuat uraian rinci. Kesimpulan penelitian tahap perencanaan dimulai dari membuat RPP, program tahunan, dan program semester. Pengelolaan kelas dilakukan melalui upaya pengaturan siswa dan fasilitas kelas yang baik, faktor kondisi fisik ruang kelas, sosio-emosional siswa dan kemahiran guru dalam pengorganisasian kelas menjadi kunci terciptanya keberhasilan tujuan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Sementara pengawasan dilakukan melalui monitoring atau supervisi kelas yang dilakukan setiap hari oleh guru kelas kepada semua siswa, untuk kemudian diberikan reward and punishment. The purpose of this research is to describe the selection and process coaching that is given to outstanding national-level teachers at Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Bekasi West Java. Using approach qualitative with the case study method. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques data using reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study stated that the selection of outstanding teachers was carried out in stages starting from the level of the education unit, sub-district, levels district/municipality, provincial and national. Conclusion, outstanding teacher selection consists of academic, administrative and special requirements. Prospective teachers are given guidance and training by education stakeholders ranging from school principals in units education, KKG, education offices, local government, supervisors, LPMP, Higher Education, and P4TK. The research aims at finding out the influence of leadership style and communicative skill of school principals on teachers working performance in senior high schools of North Musi Rawas regency. The research was conducted through quantitative approach with double regression analysis. It was executed in 6 senior high schools in North Musi Rawas regency. The population of the research was all senior high schools in North Musi Rawas regency. Meanwhile, the accessible population was six schools consist of 200 informants. The sampling technique was stratified random sampling, namely, collecting sample randomly propositioned from each group in the schools. The data analysis was done through double regression analysis with ordinary least Square. Then the hypothesis testing was through multi-co-linearity, heterokedastisitas, auto-corellation, normally distributed. Statistical hypothesis was done through T testvamd F test. The result of variable X1 analysis presented t-obtained = 2,644 and p-value = 0.027/2 = 0,013 < 0.05, it means leadership style has a positive impact on teachers performance. Moreover, the result of variable X2 analysis presented t-obtained = 2.526 and p-value = 0.013/2 = 0.006 < 0.05, it means the communicative skill of school principals has a positive impact on teachers working performance.
