This research is based on the discovery of students and teachers at SMAN 01 Logas Tanah Darat, Kuantan Singingi, Riau, who spoke impolitely. As people working in the world of education, students and teachers must certainly pay attention to politeness in language. For this reason, this research needs to be conducted to see the extent of the politeness of students and teachers in communicating in the realm of education. Also, this study not only looked at the politeness of students and teachers but also want to see the factors causing the impoliteness of students and teachers in speaking. This research uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Sources of data in this study were students and teachers at SMAN 01 Logas Tanah Darat, Kuantan Singingi, Riau. The data in this study are the speech of students and teachers containing six maxim of politeness raised by Leech. The results of this study indicate that students and teachers at SMAN 01 Logas Tanah Darat, Kuantan Singingi Riau can already be categorized politely in speech. This can be seen from the 101 utterances found that only 38 utterances are categorized as impolite or violate the six maxims of the politeness principle stated by Leech.
This study aims to analyze which illocutionary speech acts of Mama Dedeh are more prominent in the question-and-answer activity with the audience in the Dari Hati To Hati program with Mama Dedeh on Anteve television station in the Nikah Muda episode. This research has contained the dialogues in the session of questions and answers between the ustazah and the audience from the program Dari Hati To Hati Bersama Mama Dedeh. The results showed that Mama Dedeh only used three illocutionary speech acts out of Searle's five speech act classifications: representative, directive, and expressive. Of the three speech acts, the most dominant one used by Mama Dedeh is the representative speech act, which is 66.7%. Meanwhile, directive speech acts are only 22.2%, and expressive speech acts are only 11.1%.
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui mengetahui kesantunan tindak tutur asertif memberitahukan yang dituturkan pemandu acara dan narasumber dalam acara Catatan Demokrasi Manuver Giring di Depan Jokowi di TV One. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis isi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu: teknik dokumentasi, teknik simak, dan teknik catat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dari 51 tuturan asertif yang dituturkan dalam acara Catatan Demokrasi Manuver Giring di Depan Jokowi di TV One ditemukan 20 data penggunaan tindak tutur asertif memberitahukan. Kemudian, tuturan asertif memberitahukan yang menggunakan kesantunan positif dan negatif yakni sebanyak 13 data yaitu penggunaan kesantunan positif menggunakan penanda sebagai identitas kelompok sebanyak 3 data, penggunaan kesantunan positif mencari kesepakatan antara penutur dan lawan tutur sebanyak 1 data, penggunaan kesantunan positif menyertakan penutur dan pendengar dalam aktifitas sebanyak 1 data, penggunaan kesantunan negatif ungkapan rasa hormat sebanyak 4 data, dan penggunaan kesantunan negatif impersonalisasi ‘jangan menyebutkan penutur dan lawan tutur’ sebanyak 4 data. Dengan demikian, dari 20 data penggunaan tindak tutur asertif memberitahukan yang dituturkan oleh pemandu acara dan para narasumber dalam acara “Catatan Demokrasi Manuver Giring di Depan Jokowi” di TV One ditemukan 13 data penggunaan kesantunan positif dan negatif sesuai teori Brown dan Levinson, 10 data diantaranya dikatakan santun dan 3 data diantaranya dikatakan tidak santun.
This current study explores the teacher's perspective on the usefulness of google account in the online learning process at SMAN 1 Tambang, Riau. The teachers and other school staff did not simply implement the policy of the distance learning process. The shift from face-to-face learning activities to online learning is confusing for teachers, especially senior teachers. Teachers are challenged to be able to use technology in carrying out their duties. The digital literacy of teachers is critical in the implementation of online learning. Hence, an understanding of google classroom, google meet, and google form is an influential media aid in the learning process, especially in online learning. The research method used is a survey method. The sample in this study was 46 teachers of SMAN 1 Tambang. The results showed that 46 respondents who filled out the research questionnaire, 75% stated Strongly Agree, 23% stated Agree, and 2% stated Disagree that google accounts were instrumental in the process of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This result shows that the Google account is an effective learning media used in the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, teacher mastery in the use of Google accounts is part of digital literacy that needs improvement.
