This study aims to gain an understanding of the role of technological capability as a moderating variable on the effect of ERP implementation on operational performance. Companies are expected to utilize information technology capability to encourage the sustainability of information technology developments. This study used secondary data from companies that have implemented ERP in Indonesia. The data were tested for validity and reliability and classical assumptions. It used moderated regression analysis by considering technological capability as a moderating variable. The sample taken consists of companies in Indonesia that have used ERP for at least three years. The result indicates that there is an effect ERP implementation on operational performance but there is no effect of technology capability as a moderating variable on the effect of ERP implementation on operational performance. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions by explaining how to build IT capability so that the implementation of ERP drives the operational performance of business processes. This implies the importance of companies implementing ERP and understanding ERP development systems such as good corporate strategies, executive support, and changes in business processes. The results of this study imply that there are factors that strengthen or weaken the effect of ERP implementation on operational performance in addition to IT capabilities.

This research aimed to analyze of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived level of security, and service features effect using mobile banking by students in Jakarta. This research took samples of 200 students from universities in Jakarta that using mobile banking or want to use mobile banking. The results showed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived level of security, and service features affect using mobile banking by students in Jakarta.

This research attempts to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila ideology amid current digitalization. One of the markers of this digital era is the erosion of space and national boundaries for every citizen. Indonesia's large population can be a strength or weakness of the Pancasila ideology. For this reason, systematic steps are needed to make the values of Pancasila remain as a way of life for the Indonesian. This type of research is normative research that uses literature as a primary data source. The presentation of the data is conveyed by a qualitative descriptive method. The conclusion of this study is the need to strengthen Pancasila ideology in the digital era through efforts to reaffirm the fundamental values of Pancasila to society in general and the younger generation in particular. To ground the values of Pancasila, it is deemed necessary to involve millennial participation through digital influencer programs and the development of digital literacy based on Pancasila values and the doctrine of national values.

Kajian Jumat malam merupakan salah satu program bagian markaz islamisasi untuk meningkatkan nilai-nilai keislaman mahasiswa UNIDA Gontor. Merupakan gagasan dari Wakil Rektor 1 UNIDA Gontor Al-Ustadz Hamid Fahmi Zarkasy yang menginginkan adanya kajian keislaman rutin setiap minggunya sehingga diadakanlah Kajian pada hari Jumat Malam. Namun dari data rekapan absensi kehadiran mahasiswa yang diperoleh terlihat adanya kesenjangan antara minat mahasiswa dalam mengikuti kajian jumat malam tersebut, padahal acara ini bersifat wajib bagi seluruh mahasiswa. Tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen komunikasi markas islamisasi dalam mengadakan kajian jumat malam di UNIDA Gontor. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana peneliti ikut terjun langsung ke lapangan dalam observasi, dalam pengumpulan data peneliti melakukan tiga teknik koleksi data yaitu dengan wawncara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan Planning,Organizing,Actuating,Controlling (POAC) yang biasa digunakan dalam ilmu manajemen organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Markaz Islamisasi unida Gontor sudah melaksanakan POAC dalam manajemen kajian jumat malam meskipun belum optimal, masih ditemui beberapa kendala. Kontribusi penelitian ini berupa manajemen markaz islamisasi dalam penyelenggaraan kajian jumat malam.

This community service activity was motivated by the needs of the employees at Le Premier Hotel, Kota Deltamas, Cikarang. They are mostly unfamiliar with Microsoft Excel and do not use it for data processing and completing their daily tasks. Microsoft Excel is an automated data processing application that can be used for various administrative purposes, from simple to complex ones. Forty employees of Le Premier Hotel participated in this program. Preliminary analysis results show that only a few employees can use Microsoft Excel while the ability to use this application is needed as the work volumes and the timeline for finishing the increase of the work. This activity aims to train the employees at Le Premier Hotel Kota Deltamas, Cikarang on how to use Microsoft Excel in completing their daily tasks. With this, it is hoped that they could complete their work more quickly and more accurately which will improve their work performance and skill. The method adopted in implementing this community service program is tutoring and hands-on training of Microsoft Excel using a computer or a laptop. The results are positive, i.e. adding knowledge and skills of how to use some basic operations for report preparation needs. The activities ran smoothly as scheduled. In addition, the activity was easily and comfortably held because all the participants had a laptop provided by the Le Premier Hotel Kota Deltamas, Cikarang. The participants claimed that this community service program has benefited them, and expected to get more advanced training to improve their capabilities in using Microsoft Excel and to facilitate them in completing their tasks.
