The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Project Based Learning model of the student’s creative thinking skills. The methode used in this research was quasi-experimental. Subjects in this study were the seventh semester students of class C the experimental class and class A as the control. The results indicated that there was a significant increase of student’s creative thinking skills in experimental class compared to the control class which was indicated by N-gain test result (0.004 <0.05) in which the average of experimental calss was higher than the control class. The analysis per-indicator showed an increase of experimental class which the Fluence indicator was included in high category, the Flexibility and Originality indicators were fair, and the Elaboration indicator was low. These results were supported by the higher learning activity of student’s experimental class compared to those of control class. In addition, the student rerspons questionnaire showed a positive results to the application of the Project Based Learning model.
The biggest challenge for Mathematics teachers is mastering Mathematics material with its abstract, logical, systematic and structured character for itself before teaching it to students. The teacher must mastering mathematical objects such as facts, concepts, operations, and principles and be able to describe these objects in every Math material. Not only that, the challenges from the pedagogical aspects also forced teachers to be able to think about how to teach abstract Mathematics material to students so that learning objectives are achieved. The choice of context and learning media is also an important aspect contributing to the success of the teaching and learning process. However, all these aspects are often a problem among teachers, especially at the high school level. Weaknesses in mastering the material as well as weaknesses in pedagogical aspects often arise in teaching mathematics. This certainly raises many ideas that can be discussed so that weaknesses can be minimized. One of them is improving understanding of Mathematics objects and emphasizing the choice of context and learning media. In this Community Service activity, the teacher is introduced to the use of videoscribe to develop media with local context in teaching Mathematics objects. Through this activity a change in understanding of mathematical objects, the roles and functions of health and learning media went better. In addition, participants can run videoscribe to create learning media that integrates all of the above aspects.Keywords: local context, learning media, mathematics object, videoscribe  ABSTRAKTantangan terbesar bagi guru Matematika adalah menguasai materi Matematika dengan karakternya yang abstrak, logis, sistematis dan terstruktur untuk dirinya sendiri sebelum mengajarkannya kepada siswa. Guru harus menguasai objek matematika seperti fakta, konsep, operasi, dan prinsip dan mampu menguraikan objek-objek tersebut di setiap materi Matematika. Tak hanya itu, tantangan dari aspek pedagogis juga memaksa guru untuk dapat memikirkan bagaimana cara mengajarkan materi Matematika yang abstrak tersebut kepada siswa agar tujuan pembelajaran tercapai. Pemilihan konteks dan media pembelajaran sekiranya juga menjadi aspek penting penyumbang keberhasilan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Namun, semua aspek-aspek tersebut seringkali menjadi permasalahan di kalangan Guru terutama pada level SMA. Kelemahan penguasaan materi serta kelemahan dalam aspek pedagogis seringkali muncul dalam pengajaran matematika. Hal ini tentunya memunculkan banyak ide yang dapat diperbincangkan agar kelemahan dapat diminimalisir. Salah satunya adalah peningkatan pemahan terhadap objek Matematika serta penekanan pada pemilihan konteks dan media pembelajaran. Dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, guru diperkenalkan pada penggunaan videoscribe untuk mengembangkan media dengan konteks lokal dalam mengajarkan objek Matematika. Melalui kegiatan ini terjadi perubahan pemahaman mengenai objek matematika, peran dan fungsi kontkes dan media pembelajaran ke arah lebih baik. Regarding the demands of the 4.0 industrial revolution where every math educator must be able to adapt to technological developments and respond quickly to the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers should improve his capacity to use technology. The results of the analysis through partner exploration with a number of teachers who are members of the Mathematics Subject Teacher Conference (MGMP) for the high school mathematics of Bintan Regency found that there is still limited knowledge about technology so that the need for training. Through Community Service (PKM) activities, online training on Geometry Toolbox is carried out, it’s considered to have great potential to support distance learning. Through these activities, a learning video is produced which can be used as a distance learning resource. Four aspects of success of this activity are general assessment, relevance and significance of activities, usefulness, and aspects of increasing the knowledge, understanding and skills of participants. The data obtained by distributing questionnaire using the Google Form platform and questions and answers during activity sessions. The results of this activity show that the online Geometry Toolbox training is going very well where participants have increased knowledge, an understanding of technology integration in mathematics learning and are skilled at using the Geometry Toolbox software in packaging learning. Thus training activities have provided opportunities for teachers to be able to carry out distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Melalui kegiatan tersebut dihasilkan video pembelajaran yang dapat dijadikan sumber belajar jarak jauh. Empat aspek penentu keberhasilan kegiatan ini adalah penilaian secara umum, relevansi dan signifkansi kegiatan, kebermanfaatan, serta aspek peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Data diperoleh dengan penyebaran angket menggunakan platform Google Form serta tanya jawab selama sesi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan online Geometry Toolbox berjalan dengan sangat baik dimana peserta memiliki peningkatan pemahaman mengenai integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran matematika serta terampil menggunakan software Geometry Toolbox. One of the problems of life that are happening right now is the problem in education. Three skills need to be improved including 1) the field of cognitive skills, 2) interpersonal skills, and 3) intrapersonal skills. The purpose of this study is to improve the Student Worksheet (LKPD) so that it has effective criteria. The use of LKPD in the learning process is expected to improve students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is the Tessmer design using a small group test. Critical thinking skills refer to Facione 1990 while the structure of LKPD development refers to Daryanto & Dwicahyono. The small group test subjects were six high school class XI students. This research is development research using Tessmer design. The study was conducted for one semester, namely in the 2019-2020 school year. The results showed that the effectiveness of LKPD based on the assessment of students' critical thinking skills in working on LKPD had a category of at least good, interpersonal skills had a very good category, and intrapersonal skills had a very good category.
The purpose of this study is to describe some of the values of moral education in families found in the Koran al-Taghabun verses 14-15. In this verse contained the teachings of moral education both explicitly and explicitly. This research is a literary research, covering searching, reading, and examining writings that are both primary and secondary data sources. The approach used in this paper uses a thematic approach. The results showed that the moral education contained in Surat al-Taghabun verses 14-15 regulates normatively the role of the family family to be able to feel the presence and supervision of Allah anywhere and anytime, so that it creates positive effects such as the child's ability to be honest, trustful, istiqomah, sincere sincere, thank God, and ashamed to do despicable deeds.
