This study aims to see how the implementation and students’ perceptions of e-learning type blended learning in Mathematics Capita Selecta course. The e-learning in this study utilized the Syarah portal, an online learning application developed by Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji (UMRAH) responding to the 4.0 era. This online learning using Syarah was the first time applied to research subjects, namely 35 students of Mathematics Capita Selecta Course year 2019. The data was collected from the results of the researchers' observations during the learning process and students’ responses to the questionnaire. The data were analyzed qualitatively to describe how the implementation of e-learning and how students’ perceptions about e-learning Syarah in supporting them to learn. The results of the analysis show that the Syarah system and students are ready for the implementation of online learning. Students’ confusion only occurs at the initial meeting of each type of e-learning activities designed by the researcher. Hereinafter, students could carry out learning well, even independently, but with clearly stated instructions. In addition, students were actively involved during the e-learning process. It also reveals that students felt more open to engaging in e-learning activities than when they were in class. In general, students gave positive responses to the use of Syarah in supporting blended learning.
Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji efektifitas pengembangan konten e-learning tipe blended learning sebagai respons pembelajaran 4.0 untuk online learning di Perguruan Tinggi. Integrasi online learning pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengembangkan konten e-learning untuk mata kuliah Kapita Selekta Matematika berupa: bahan ajar, video pembelajaran, penugasan, forum diskusi, dan ujian online. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian pengembangan ADDIE dilakukan pada subjek penelitian mahasiswa semester 2 tahun akademik 2017/2018 Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika. Data terdiri dari data hasil komentar dan saran ahli terhadap konten e-learning yang dikembangkan peneliti dan data hasil tes mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten e-learning efektif untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran pada subjek penelitian ini. AbstractThis research examines the effectiveness of online learning type blended learning in higher education. The integration of online learning was conducted by developing e-learning content for the Mathematics Capita Selecta course in the form of: teaching material, learning video, online assignment, discussion forum, and online quiz. ADDIE development research model was carried out involving subject of the second semester students of Mathematics Education Study Program in 2018/2019 academic year. The data collected were comments and advices from the expert about the e-learning content and student test results. The results showed that e-learning content was effective in achieving learning objectives on the subject of this study.
Caries is the main problem of oral health. Caries are frequently found in children are milk bottle caries and caries Rampan. Cariogenic food consumption is a Rampant caries etiology. This study was to determine the relationship of type and frequency to consume cariogenic snacks with the case of caries Rampant in children age 5 -6 years.The research method used is analytic observational study design with a cross sectional study, samples were taken purposive methode with total sampling technique and using the chisquare statistical test. Subjects were pre-school age children from 3 unit Pre-school in Padang.There is a significant relationship between the type of consumption of cariogenic snacks with caries Rampant (p=0,005), There is a significant relationship between frequency of consumption of cariogenic snacks with caries Rampant (p=0,000).It is suggested to parents to control and monitor the type and frequency of consumption of cariogenic snacks in children.

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian jenis kualitatif ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus dan setiap siklus diadakan 2 kali pertemuan. Peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan tes untuk memperoleh data. Teknik analisis data melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi serta triangulasi data. Subjek penelitiannya adalah kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah Tanjungpinang. Objek penelitian yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang dilihat melalui hasil tes setiap akhir siklus I dan II serta hasil observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui penggunaan alat peraga Pilogma dalam pembelajaran materi Logika Matematika. Kata kunci: logika matematika, kemampuan berpikir kritis, alat peraga Pilogma AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out how to improve students' critical thinking skills by using props Pilogma on the material of truth value of compound logic mathematical statements. This research is a Classroom Action Research. This qualitative research was conducted by using 2 cycles and each cycle contained 2 class meetings. Researchers used observation techniques, documentation, interviews, and tests to obtain data. Data analysis techniques through the data reduction phase, data presentation and conclusion drawing and verification and triangulation of data. The subject of this research is class X of SMA Muhammadiyah Tanjungpinang. The object of research is to improve students' critical thinking ability which can be seen through test result at the end of cycle I and II and observation, documentation and interview. The results showed that students' critical thinking ability can be improved through the use of props Pilogma in learning Mathematics Logic material.
The biggest challenge for Mathematics teachers is mastering Mathematics material with its abstract, logical, systematic and structured character for itself before teaching it to students. The teacher must mastering mathematical objects such as facts, concepts, operations, and principles and be able to describe these objects in every Math material. Not only that, the challenges from the pedagogical aspects also forced teachers to be able to think about how to teach abstract Mathematics material to students so that learning objectives are achieved. The choice of context and learning media is also an important aspect contributing to the success of the teaching and learning process. However, all these aspects are often a problem among teachers, especially at the high school level. Weaknesses in mastering the material as well as weaknesses in pedagogical aspects often arise in teaching mathematics. This certainly raises many ideas that can be discussed so that weaknesses can be minimized. One of them is improving understanding of Mathematics objects and emphasizing the choice of context and learning media. In this Community Service activity, the teacher is introduced to the use of videoscribe to develop media with local context in teaching Mathematics objects. Through this activity a change in understanding of mathematical objects, the roles and functions of health and learning media went better. In addition, participants can run videoscribe to create learning media that integrates all of the above aspects.Keywords: local context, learning media, mathematics object, videoscribe  ABSTRAKTantangan terbesar bagi guru Matematika adalah menguasai materi Matematika dengan karakternya yang abstrak, logis, sistematis dan terstruktur untuk dirinya sendiri sebelum mengajarkannya kepada siswa. Guru harus menguasai objek matematika seperti fakta, konsep, operasi, dan prinsip dan mampu menguraikan objek-objek tersebut di setiap materi Matematika. Tak hanya itu, tantangan dari aspek pedagogis juga memaksa guru untuk dapat memikirkan bagaimana cara mengajarkan materi Matematika yang abstrak tersebut kepada siswa agar tujuan pembelajaran tercapai. Pemilihan konteks dan media pembelajaran sekiranya juga menjadi aspek penting penyumbang keberhasilan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Namun, semua aspek-aspek tersebut seringkali menjadi permasalahan di kalangan Guru terutama pada level SMA. Kelemahan penguasaan materi serta kelemahan dalam aspek pedagogis seringkali muncul dalam pengajaran matematika. Hal ini tentunya memunculkan banyak ide yang dapat diperbincangkan agar kelemahan dapat diminimalisir. Salah satunya adalah peningkatan pemahan terhadap objek Matematika serta penekanan pada pemilihan konteks dan media pembelajaran. Dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, guru diperkenalkan pada penggunaan videoscribe untuk mengembangkan media dengan konteks lokal dalam mengajarkan objek Matematika. Melalui kegiatan ini terjadi perubahan pemahaman mengenai objek matematika, peran dan fungsi kontkes dan media pembelajaran ke arah lebih baik.
