Abstract. Development of a Mental Disorders Diagnostic System Using an Inference Engine Using the Dempster-Shafer Theory Algorithm. Patients with mental disorders in Indonesia show a high number. Mental disorders can be treated with special therapies by a psychologist or psychiatrist. However, the number of clinical psychologists and psychiatrists is not sufficient. So we need a system that can diagnose mental disorders and their treatment to prevent mental disorders as early as possible. Expert system development will face uncertainty due to the lack of information needed to decide. This study develops an expert system using the Dempster-Shafer theory algorithm as an inference engine to diagnose mental disorders. The system built can recognize mental disorders based on the symptoms felt by the patient. The system also includes explanations of mental disorders, causes, and treatment recommendations for patients. The accuracy test results show a comparison between the results of expert diagnostics and the system with a system accuracy level of 84%. Gangguan mental dapat diatasi dengan terapi-terapi khusus oleh psikolog atau psikiater. Akan tetapi jumlah psikolog klinis dan psikiater tidak mencukupi. Maka diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat mendiagnosa gangguan mental dan penanganannya sehingga dapat dicegah sedini mungkin. Pengembangan sistem pakar akan menghadapi ketidakpastian karena terjadi kurangnya informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat sebuah keputusan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pakar menggunakan algoritma dempster-shafer theory sebagai mesin inferensi untuk mendiagnosis penyakit gangguan mental. Sistem yang dibangun dapat mengenali penyakit gangguan mental berdasarkan gejala yang dirasakan oleh pasien. Sistem juga menyertakan penjelasan mengenai penyakit gangguan mental, penyebab, dan rekomendasi pengobatan untuk pasien. Hasil pengujian akurasi menunjukkan perbandingan antara hasil diagnosa pakar dan sistem dengan tingkat akurasisistem mencapai 84%.Kata Kunci: Teori Dempster-shafer, Diagnosa penyakit, Sistem pakar, Gangguan mental, Ketidakpastian
The aim of this research is to analyze the number of criminal cases in Indonesia by utilizing unsupervised learning techniques. The unsupervised learning technique used is data mining by mapping clusters of regions in Indonesia. Sources of data were obtained from the Operations Control Bureau, National Police Headquarters of the Republic of Indonesia through processed data from the Central Statistics Agency (abbreviated as BPS) with data url: https://www.bps.go.id. The data mining method used to map the form of calcter is k-medoid. The data used is data on the number of crimes according to the regional police (2017-2019) which consists of 34 records. The attribute used is the number of crimes in the past three years based on the regional police for each province. The mapping label used is the high cluster (D1) and the low cluster (D2) on the number of criminal acts in Indonesia. The mapping analysis process uses the help of Rapid Miner software. In determining the amount of calcter (k = 2) is done using the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) parameter with a value of 0.876 (the smaller the better). The results showed that six provinces were in the high cluster (D1) and twenty-eight provinces were in the low cluster (D2). The final centroid in each cluster is 16,008; 21,498; 21,616 (cluster_0 / D1) and 6,994; 7,311; 6,785 (cluster_1 / D2). The six provinces in the high cluster of criminal cases are North Sumatra, South Sumatra, Metro Jaya, West Java, East Java and South Sulawesi. The results of the research are expected to provide information for the government to reduce the number of criminal acts in Indonesia based on the number of clusters that exist.
Information technology era nowadays has brought challenges for counselor to participate and master it. Therefore, counseling is not only face-to-face in a closed room, but can be done through a remote format. The counselor uses the information media as a tool in carrying out his duties, which is hereinafter known as e-counseling service. The real form of the application of e-counseling is the emergence of online counseling services, through websites of online counseling service providers, or, more simply, counseling is done by telephone, mobile phone and / or through personal email and several application programs for chatting such as Skype, WhatsApp and so on. Also, the use of other application programs that support the implementation of the duties of the counselors, such as the emergence of the Problem Identification Tool (AUM) processing application program. So far, school counselors have been administering AUM and processing it manually, so it is time consuming and inefficient. To help the counselors, finally the Instrument Development Team with the permission of the AUM instrument drafting team took the initiative to develop an AUM application program based on the Microsoft Access program, the e-counseling technology in this program allows displaying more information regarding respondent problems, in this case especially students who later can be used as a tool for counselors in carrying out their professional duties. This training activity is a similar training that will be carried out at SMKN 62 Lenteng Agung School, so that knowledge and mastery of skills can be improved.

Oleh karena itu perlu adanya edukasi kepada masyarakat secara intensif baik melalui interaksi secara langsung maupun menggunakan media komunikasi social yang ada, maka civitas Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Institut Bisnis dan Komputer Kosgoro 1957 mempunyai insiatif untuk berperan dalam mengedukasi masyarakat dengan membuat/membangun aplikasi Corviribik yang akan memberikan informasi tentang Covid-19 dan cara pencegahannya penyebarannya dengan model animasi interaktif menggunakan software Macromedia Flash 8 yang nantinya akan di upload di media social dengan tetap menjalankan anjuran pemerintah daerah maupun pusat yaitu melakukan ”social distancing/physical distancing ” serta mengadakan bakti sosial berupa sanitasi lingkungan dengan mengadakan penyemprotan desinfectan ke rumah-rumah penduduk dan memberikan sedikit bantuan akan kebutuhan pangan berupa pemberian sembako per keluarga.
