The purpose of this thesis is to study the influence of leadership style,compensation, work discipline, and employee performance. The method of writing scientific articles is by using qualitative methods and library research or library research. The results of this literature review article are: leadership syle has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Metode penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah dengan metode kualitatif dan studi literature atau Library Research. The development of the industrial era 4.0 now, has changed the paradigm of activity on all fronts of human life. This study was intended to analyze the impact of learning motivation, cognitive and self-efficacy in improving the quality of online learning in the Industrial Age 4.0. The population of this study was the University of Indonesia Putra YPTK Padang who was following learning model E-Learning with a total sample of 320 people. Where data collection is done through an online questionnaire. The results of data analysis with Smart PLS indicate that learning motivation, cognitive and efficacy are factors that can influence the quality of learning. Besides that, it was also obtained the fact that self-efficacy was able to mediate the effect of learning motivation on improving the quality of online learning, but for other cases the variables of self-efficacy had not been able to maximize the cognitive influence on the quality of E-Learning learning.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of multiple directorships, tenure, and age of board of directors on corporate value. Multiple directorships, tenure, and age were used as independent variables, and corporate value became the dependent variable. Two variables were used as control, which was company growth and leverage. This study used secondary data obtained from Annual Reports between 2011 and 2017. The samples involved 266 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and the results showed that multiple directorship had negative and significant effect on corporate value. Basically, the tenure, age of directors and company growth did not have significant effect on corporate value as opposed to its leverage.
The objective of this research was to see how salary, leadership support, and work-life balance affected teacher effectiveness. The non-probability sampling approach was applied, as well as a purposive sampling strategy. A total of 150 instructors from Padang City, West Sumatra, were employed in this study. SEM and AMOS 24.0 software were utilized in this study's analysis. Compensation has a considerable impact on teacher performance, according to the findings. Teachers' salary has a huge impact on their work-life balance. Support from leaders has a huge impact on teachers' work-life balance. Support from leaders has a substantial impact on teacher performance. Teachers' performance is unaffected by work-life balance. Compensation and leader support have a significant effect on teacher performance, compensation and leader support have a significant effect on work-life balance, and work-life balance has no significant effect on teacher performance, according to the results of this study. Various disputes and challenges will occur as a result of striking a balance between the "work" and "non-work" domains, which must be addressed by persons with families. Work-life balance cannot increase an employee's effectiveness at work. Employees that are able to manage their work and personal life may not necessarily perform better.
