Pandemic Covid-19 is still on going in all over the world right now. This influences many things, education system, one of examples. Therefore, teachers should deal with the distance learning because of the pandemic. So that this research addresses to explore the portrait of EFL teacher in online learning during pandemic Covid-19. The particant in this research is an English teacher and and the site of the research is in State Senior High School Number 8 Jambi. The researcher uses case study qualitative research method design. Researcher collects the data through in-depth interview and uses interview protocol to guide the interview. The form of the questions is semi-structured interview which meant that researcher can prolong the interview question during its process of doing the interview with the participant. Findings of the research are explained through some primary themes, they are 1) Teacher's burnout in online learning, 2) Teachers' challenges and difficulties in online learning, and 3) Teachers' solutions to overcome the problems appeared in online learning. Also, there are both positive and negative portrait of online learning in terms of the systems, students' motivations, and students' learning objectives.
This research is motivated by customer satisfaction which is a customer action to save. The purpose of this study was to determine the ef ect of location, quality of savings products, service quality on customer satisfaction. In this study using primary data collected by explanatory research methods and sample collection techniques in the form of accidental sampling of BMT customers Adzkiyah Khidmatul Ummah using a questionnaire with a likert skla in BMT Adzkiyah Khidmatul Ummah in Metro City. Testing the instrument requirements used include validity, reliability testing. Requirements analysis using normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test. And analysis tools using multiple linear regression with partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), coef icient of determination test (R2). As testing requirements analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research using multiple linear regression analysis obtained location influences customer satisfaction, the quality of savings products does not af ect customer satisfaction, and service quality influences customer satisfaction.
The progress of IPTEK, especially in the field of education, have made the use of tools in the form of learning media more widespread and interactive. One of the learning media that can be developed by teachers is Edmodo-based e-learning. E-learning is a web-based learning medium that can be accessed by the internet. Meanwhile, Edmodo is a simple electronic learning media tool that is used to present lesson content, can be accessed using a smartphone, and is useful for students and teachers to interact online outside the classroom anywhere, anytime. This study aims to analyze the practicality of using Edmodo-based e-learning for teachers and students. Practicality is the degree of ease of use of the product that has been developed. Meta-analysis is done by collecting similar articles by searching for articles from several journals via the internet. The sample used in this study included as many as eight articles related to the use of Edmodo-based e-learning. The results of the study found that the average practicality level of using Edmodo-based e-learning by teachers was 89.15 in the very practical category, while the average practicality level by students was 87.02 in the very practical category. Based on the results of the analysis of the use of Edmodo-based e-learning that was developed, it can be categorized as suitable for use in the learning process.
