Abstrak Danau Toba adalah danau terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Bapak Presiden Republik Indonesia menggalangkan Danau Toba menjadi Monaco Asia, namun keindahan Danau Toba berkurang disebabkan pertumbuhan eceng gondok yang tinggi. Tujuan dari PKM – M membantu masyarakat untuk mengolah eceng gondok yang ada di Danau Toba menjadi pupuk organik yang berguna bagi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Pengetahuan masyarakat tentang eceng gondok berubah, sehingga masyarakat tahu cara pembuatan pupuk organik eceng gondok yang dapat membantu pertanian dan membantu perekonomian masyarakat. Hasil training eceng gondok yang telah dilakukan, eceng gondok yang melimpah di Danau Toba dapat dijadikan menjadi pupuk organik yang berguna bagi masyarakat serta dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat daerah. Sehingga dengan kegiatan berkelanjutan Danau Toba akan kembali bersih dan indah.Kata kunci : Pupuk organik, Enceng gondok, Pelatihan, Danau tobaAbstractLake Toba is the biggest lake in Southeast Asia. The president of the republic Indonesia has a plan to make Lake Toba as Monaco Asia. However, the beauty of Lake Toba has reduced as a result of uncontrolled growth of water hyacinth. The purpose of this PKM-M was to help the society to modify water hyacinth as fertilizer organic so that this parasite could be benefical for them. The methods that had been used were socialization, training, monitoring and evaluation. Community awareness of the water hyacinth has changed, so that they know how to produce organic fertilizers form water hyacinth that can help agriculture and economy. From the training that had been accomplished, the abundant water hyacinth can be modified as organic fertilizers which had benefical effect as well as improving the economy of local communities. So if these activities is still being done continiously, Lake Toba would be regained its beauty and cleanness.Key words: Organic fertilizers, Water hyacinth, Training, Lake toba
This study aims to determine the effect of problem-based learning model for student learning outcomes in the subject matter straight motion X class first semester of SMA 11 Medan T.A. 2014/2015. This research is quasi experiment. The population is the entire class X MIA semester SMA 11 Medan consists of five classes. Samples were taken two classes of grade X MIA 3 as the experimental class and class X MIA 4 as the control class, each of which consist of 40 students is determined by cluster random sampling. Both classes are given different treatment, the experimental class with problem-based learning model and grade control with conventional learning. The data used in the research is a description of the number of about 10 items that have been divalidkan. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students using problem-based learning model has increased significantly. Testing results of the study by testing the hypothesis of effect is obtained that the problem-based learning model for student learning outcomes in the subject matter straight motion X class first semester of SMA 11 Medan T.A. 2014/2015. Abstrak. Genius Learning menggunakan gaya belajar yang berdasarkan pendekatan preferensi sensori dan profil kecerdasan (multiple intellegence). Penerapan strategi Genius Learning, berangkat dengan satu keyakinan dan pengharapan bahwa apabila setiap anak didik dapat dimotivasi dengan tepat dan diajar dengan cara yang benar yang menghargai keunikanya maka semua dapat mencapai suatu hasil pembelajaran yang maksimal. Hasil yang diperoleh terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan genius learning di kelas eksprimen dengan kelas yang diajarkan konvensional di kelas kontrol pada materi pokok fisika topik listrik dinamis di kelas IX SMP Swasta Raksana Medan Tahun Pelajaran 2009/2010. Ini berarti ada pengaruh strategi genius learning di kelas eksperimen yang memberikan hasil belajar yang lebih baik. The results obtained are significant differences between the learning outcomes of students who are taught genius learning in the classroom experiment with classes taught in the conventional control class in the subject matter physics topic of dynamic power in SMP Swasta Raksana Medan class IX Academic Year 2009/2010. This means there is the influence of genius learning strategies in the classroom experiments that provide better learning outcomes.
This research aims to know the effect of learning model of inquiry learning results students training material measurement. This type of research is quasi experiment. Sampling done by cluster random sampling by taking 2 classes from grade 9 i.e. class X SCIENCE experiments as a class-B that add up to 35 people and class X SCIENCE-C as control classes that add up to 35 people. The instruments used to find out the results of student learning is the learning outcomes tests have been validated in multiple choice form numbered 15 reserved and activity sheets students. The results of the value obtained 37.71 pretes and postest 70.11. The t-test analysis retrieved thitung greater than ttabel so that it can be concluded no difference due to the influence of the learning model of inquiry learning results students training material measurement.
Telah di lakukan pembuatan mesin dwi fungsi pencetak pelet di desa Harean Porsea yang bertujuanmembantu masyarakat peternak ikan dalam memproduksi pellet dari limbah jerami padi. Metode yangdigunakan di mulai dari rancangan atau desain, penyediaan alat dan bahan yang di lanjutkan denganpembuatan serta uji coba mesin. Hasil yang diperoleh mesin dwi fungsi pencetak pellet telah bekerja secaramaksimal dengan jumlah rata-rata produksi pelet 6 kg/jam dan mesin dwi fungsi memiliki mesin penggerakyang dapat berfungsi sebagai pencacah jerami, penghalus keong mas dan produksi pelet.
