This research is to improve product development with resource-based innovation that is based on the competitive advantage of local product SMEs with an initial market orientation and the role of mediating entrepreneurial skills and driving skills. This study is based on product cases in the domestic market and develops markets for local SME products with interviews and quantitative methods in 30 Small and Medium Enterprises in Central Kalimantan with PLS SEM analysis tools. The findings in this study included identifying and supporting mediating roles. Entrepreneurial orientation towards product innovation in increasing proactive knowledge and risk-taking, innovative market-oriented ideas in product innovation. This research only has results and research units from the scale of local SME products and then for research and theoretical research can be examined on a large scale with additional literature on market orientation. The research implications of research and analysis in product research in local products with market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation can increase revenue and sales, SMEs can implement EO as an important role after market control to improve innovation products and as a strategy in competition with cultural values. The novelty in research is the contextual business strategy and the theory of RBV in a significant positive competitive advantage from EO support in local SME product innovation
Employee performance is one of the most researched topics in the field of human resources, many factors affect an employee's performance. As a negative behavior Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) which is often shown by employees when working, especially in government organizations. This behavior greatly affects the performance of employees in an organization. In addition to the negative behavior, positive behavior that has the opposite effect in improving employee performance is Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). These two things are of concern to researchers to be studied in this study within a theoretical framework of research. Both CWB and OCB are largely determined by the job satisfaction felt by employees. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on OCB and CWB and the impact on employee performance, and wants to prove that OCB and CWB are able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. Respondents from this study were 126 civil servants from 30 government offices with a simple random sample technique. The collected data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that OCB and CWB were proven to be mediators. For direct influence is explained in this text.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari pelatihan kepemimpinan dalam membentuk kepemimpinan visioner, sehingga mampu menciptakan kreativitas pegawai, dan peran dari berbagi pengetahuan sebagai moderasi. Sampel dari survey penelitian ini yaitu 50 orang pejabat yang sedang mengikuti pelatihan dan pendidikan kepemimpinan pola baru untuk eselon III dari 30 organisasi pemerintahan Kota. Analsis data statistik dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Struktural Equation Model –Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), dengan software Smart PLS 3.2.7. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner memediasi hubungan antaran pelatihan kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas pegawai. Berbagi pengetahuan terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan visioner dan kreativitas pegawai. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori kepemimpinan di organisasi pemerintahan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin dengan gaya kepemimpinan visioner mampu meningkatkan kreativitas pegawai dalam bekerja, namun tergantung dengan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan dari pemimpin tersebut
This article aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach and uses the literature study method. This study indicates that the opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are in the industrial ecosystem, which is increasingly open, and the challenges are focused on the readiness of human resources. This study formulates that to prepare competitive human resources in the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution, learning in tertiary institutions must be oriented towards a) inter-multi discipline; b) problem solving oriented; c) interpersonal skills, and d) innovation based on technology.
This study aims to determine whether job satisfaction mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and the organizational commitment of civil servants. A structural equation modelling approach was used to test the collected data with a sample of 51 respondents. The results show that job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.
