No presente artigo procuraremos analisar criticamente a proposta das clínicas de higiene mental escolar criadas nas primeiras décadas do século XX por Durval Marcondes em São Paulo e Arthur Ramos no Rio de Janeiro. O objetivo das clínicas escolares era receber as crianças tidas como incapazes de aprender. O estudo das respectivas propostas de intervenção na escola por meio da higiene mental e da psicanálise nos permitiu identificar o conceito de infância, família e educação. A pesquisa desenvolvida utilizou como fonte a produção intelectual dos autores a partir de obras publicadas. O resgate do pensamento e da prática de Marcondes e Ramos é uma forma de retomar a memória intelectual daquele período histórico, especialmente, do campo do conhecimento da história e da educação.
Este trabalho objetiva analisar quais são os principais desafios e dificuldades que os professores de Biologia enfrentam para preparar e ministrar aulas experimentais em escolas da rede pública de ensino. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas com roteiros semiestruturados aplicados a professores e alunos de três escolas (duas urbanas e uma do campo). Esta pesquisa possui caráter quanti-qualitativo a partir de questionários e entrevistas. Por meio da pesquisa, verificou-se que entre os argumentos utilizados, por muitos docentes, para empregar pouco as aulas práticas estão a grande quantidade de alunos por sala de aula e a indisciplina.
Problematizing issues involving education for ethnic-racial relations has been of great importance in the context of Brazilian education in recent years. In this article, will be presented three actions that resulted from the extension project titled Cine Debate: commented exhibitions of films and documentarie. The objective of this work is to problematize an extension project aimed at provoking debates between university and external community on ethnic-racial relations in the perspective of the relations of otherness. This project was developed at the Federal University of the Southern Frontier (UFFS) located in the city of Realeza, in the state of Paraná-Brazil, and included a series of other phenomena related to human rights enforcement/violation. Through these cultural interventions, it was possible to access and contemplate complete film, as well as clippings articulated with other activities, such as: debates open to the outside community, round tables, talk, capoeira and samba talk, musical performances and culinary tasting, provided at different times, making it possible to enhance the dialogue on the proposed themes. The actions took place on the Campus of UFFS, as well as in the house culture of another city. The dissemination of the interventions took place via radio, print and electronic media. The collaborators of the project in partnership with the community, both internal and external to the university, provoked debates with the intention of allowing reflections on plurality and deconstructing the cultural discourses that reveal a super valorization of the white culture. The subjects involved in the activities developed were provoked regarding the opportunity of re-signification of violence and privileges, since they were by various paths and misdemeanors touched by the notion of alterity. Além de filósofo e médico, Locke também foi preceptor de jovens filhos da burguesia fundiária. A partir dessas experiências deixou algumas cartas, que reunida, permitem compreender quais eram as principais propostas do filósofo para a educação. Às crianças e jovens do povo estava reservada uma escola profissionalizante e de curta duração. Para as camadas prósperas, o tempo de escolarização era maior e privilegiava o ensino das ciências e da matemática. Its ideas had a very great repercussion between the French illuminists and had contributed for the destruction of the absolutism in the Europe. Beyond philosopher and doctor, Locke also was the young teacher children of the agrarian bourgeoisie. From these experiences it left some letters that congregated allow to understand which were the main proposals of the philosopher for the education. To the children and young of the people they were reserved a professionalizing school and fast duration. For the prosperous layers, the school time was bigger and privileged the education of sciences and the mathematics. The ideas of the philosopher of Bristol had had influences at different times and places arriving until the o Brazil.
