Kajian ini di latar belakangi oleh pandemi yang di hadapi dunia saat ini termasuk negara kita Indonesia yaitu Covid 19 (corona virus disease). Masalah yang dibahas adalah menganalisa tren yang terkonfirmasi Covid 19 awal tahun 2021 mengingat perkembangan tren nya yang selalu meningkat setiap hari.                 Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah agar pemerintah dan masyarakat bersama-sama dapat mengantisipasi kemungkinan yang terjadi sebelum lonjakan perkembangan yang terkonfirmasi Covid 19, karna hal ini dapat kita redam kalau masyarakat sadar akan pentingnya kesehatan dan bahaya Covid 19.                 Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan ditemukan bahwa tren yang terkonfirmasi virus-19 awal tahun 2021 di bulan januari 2021 mengalami peningkatan tiap hari. dari analisa data tanggal 5 November 2020 sampai 2 Desember 2020, peningkatan perkembangan yang terkonfirmasi akan melebihi analisa tren jika kesadaran masyarakat untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan masih rendah .

Salah satu permasalahan mendasar yang selalu mendapat perhatian dari pemerintah di setiap Negara adalah tingkat kemiskinan penduduknya. This article aims to determine and understand the position of the guardian in marriage according to the Hanafi and the al-Shafi’i madhhab, and its application to Islamic law (fiqh), as well as its actualization in social life. Furthermore, to obtain data and answers to these problems, descriptive qualitative (non-statistical) research was used, which focused on the normative approach method. The results found a difference between the Hanafi and the al-Shafi’i madhhab in viewing the position of a guardian in a marriage. The Hanafi madhhab views that a guardian in marriage is not a pillar but only a sunnah, hence, the absence of the guardian does not affect the ijab-qabūl. This is in contrast with the al-Shafi’i madhhab perspective, which places the guardian as one of the pillars, and the absence makes the consent of the qabūl invalid. There is also a sense of security that arises as a result of the guardian's permission. Therefore, because marriage is a life decision, women's choices need to be based on the instruction and knowledge of the guardian.

Development is a process of change made by the government to the community. In this paper the development is carried out through CSR activities in Riau Province through the elements of stakeholders consisting of the Company itself, the community as a platform for CSR activities, and the Government as the regulatory and supervisory function. This paper discusses how CSR as an agent for poverty alleviation can be done through community empowerment activities which include development, improving the quality of human resources, education, health, economy and even the environment. The role of stakeholders in this case is the benefits received by the company in implementing CSR activities, the benefits of implementing CSR for the community, and the benefits of implementing CSR for the government. While the CSR controversy can be seen through the aspect of regulation that focuses on sanctions against companies that do not implement CSR and the amount of costs that must be incurred by the company in its implementation. The oversight function in this case is the Regional Regulation in Riau Province where the supervision has not been going well. Whereas the determination of Ring consisting of Ring 1, Ring 2 and Ring 3 also has not proceeded in accordance with what should have been where many villages were supposed to get the Ring 1 category but were not categorized. So this thing needs an action so that in the future it can run as it should.
