Each religion obliges its followers to do philanthropy deed. Zakat is one of philanthropy tenets in Islam. In Islam, zakat is believed to be one of the vital instruments in an effort to eradicate poverty, decrease unemployment rate, and improve the life quality of society. As Muslim majority country, Indonesia rightly need to optimize the zakat philanthropy program through stimulating people's inclination to become loyal zakat philanthropist or Muzakki in one of the Zakat collection agencies in Indonesia. This research, therefore, is aiming at analyzing the influence of promotion on forming people's interest in becoming Muzakki in one of the Zakat agencies in Ambon, Maluku province. The quest was particularly conducted in YAKESMA Zakat Agency in Ambon. The data collection processes were literary study, interview, and questionnaire allotment regarding the research. As for the data analyzing, the simple linear regression analysis was used with variables consisting of promotion scale and people's proclivity of 25 out of 154 respondents. The outcome of the research indicated that the promotion scale has a significant improvement of people's proclivity to become Muzakki or zakat philanthropist in YAKESMA Zakat agency in Ambon. The promotion effort contributed 78.9 percent in forming Ambonese’s proclivity to become loyal zakat philanthropist (Muzakki) in YAKESMA Zakat agency in Ambon.
The readiness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to achieve competitive advantage greatly depends on the maturity level of their business processes, which ultimately affects business performance. Therefore, this study aims to assess the level of business process maturity in MSMEs. The studied MSMEs are Salakilo and Bontings, both engaged in the culinary industry. These two MSMEs are classified as superior MSMEs according to the Borneo MSME Gate and Bank Indonesia in 2021. The assessment of business process maturity is conducted using the Business Process Orientation Maturity Model (BPOMM) with four levels and nine assessment aspects. Data collection is done through the distribution of validated questionnaires by experts and MSME practitioners. The questionnaire items are tailored to the specific conditions of the studied MSMEs, making it easier for the MSME practitioners to understand each assessment indicator. The results show that there is a difference in the level of business process maturity between Salakilo and Bontings MSMEs. Salakilo MSMEs have achieved the Integrated level with a score of 6.6, while Bontings MSMEs are at the Linked level with a score of 5.8. Keywords: Maturity Model, Business Process, MSME
ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mekanisme penggunaan akad as-salam oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam IAIN Ambon sebagai dropshipper. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan, yang datanya diperoleh penulis dari hasil observasi lapangan dan wawancara yang dilakukan pada dropshipper mahasiswa Fakultas Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam IAIN Ambon. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga di dukung oleh penelitian kepustakanan yang datanya diperoleh penulis dengan mengutip beberapa sumber dan beberapa teori serta buku-buku yang berkaitan akad as-salam dalam jual beli online sistem dropshipping.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, Mekanisme akad as-salam dalam jual beli online dengan menggunakan sistem dropshipping yaitu dropshipper mempromosikan barang dari supplier melalui media sosial kepada pembeli. Pembeli yang ingin memesan barang akan menghubungi dropshipper dan kemudian memberikan uang sesuai dengan harga barang yang dipesan, ada pula yang memberikan uang muka terlebih dahulu dan ketika barang yang dipesan datang pembeli segera melunasinya. Akad as-salam dalam jual beli online dengan menggunakan sistem dropshipping yang dilakukan oleh dropshipper mahasiswa Fakultas Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam IAIN Ambon belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan syariat Islam, hal ini disebabkan bahwa masih ada unsur gharar dalam transaksi akad as-salam dalam jual beli online sistem dropshipping tersebut karena masih ada pembeli yang kadang-kadang menerima barang tidak sesuai dengan pesanan.Kata Kunci: Akad As-salam, Jual Beli Online, Dropshipping.
