Online learning practices during the Covid-19 pandemic were completely carried out without being accompanied by face-to-face activities. This condition forces lecturers and students to adapt to new learning approaches by implementing online learning (e-learning). The research aims to develop a practical framework for Blended Learning (BL) implementation from best-practices and the concept of the flipped classroom (FC). The research method used is the ADDIE method (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The research stage began with a survey of online learning service experiences had been using various online learning tools. The results of the inventory of best practices in online learning were used to compile the BL framework and integrate it with the FC framework as an alternative to vocational learning scenarios. The scenario of the BL framework was validated by the FGD technique. A vocational learning scenario called flipped training (FT) is applied in Online Classroom Management Training activities. The principle of implementing FT in online vocational learning begins with implementing project-based learning packaged in worksheets, class projects are presented in the LMS room and guided by video tutorials. After asynchronous delivery of project content, virtual face-to-face activities are carried out for confirmation and discussion of project execution preparation. At the end of the virtual face-to-face session, class participants were tested cognitively to ensure readiness for project execution. Production results are presented in video format, evaluated, and assessed on a rubric basis.
Although many research results discuss the problems of learning education during the COVID 19 pandemic, there has been no more specific and comprehensive research in discussing alternative strategies in online learning in primary schools during the COVID 19 pandemic. This paper seeks to provide a theoretical basis for alternative learning strategies that be used as a reference for elementary school teachers in learning online. The research conducted at elementary schools that domiciled in the city of Medan. The type of research in this paper is library research, with a conceptual approach and a comparative approach. The results of this study indicate that there are four strategies that are very relevant to be used in online learning in elementary schools during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely: 1) Guided Inquiry Learning, 2). Contextual Teaching Learning. 3) Problem Based Learning, and, 4) Student Active Learning. Of the four strategies, the teacher can choose one strategy that suits the type of material presented by prioritizing student needs.
This study aims to analyze the use of internal and external environmental analysis in Strategic Management at SMPN 1 Laubaleng, North Sumatra Province. The external environment and the internal environment have a fairly important role in decision-making efforts to realize the school's vision and mission. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods by utilizing data in the form of documents, observations and interviews. In addition, literature studies are also used to support existing theories. SMPN 1 Laubaleng has 566 students, consisting of 242 male students and 324 female students, meanwhile, there are 31 teachers, with 18 classrooms. This represents great potential in the region to advance education. There are still many weaknesses in utilizing the results of internal and external environmental analysis, this can be seen in the still not optimal quality of education at SMPN 1 Laubaleng.
ABSTRAKManajemen pembelajaran Fisika Teknik merupakan penelitian pengembangan untuk mengembangkan desain model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk pembelajaran Fisika Teknik di program studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan “Research and Development (R & D Cycle), pada smester genab 2016/2017. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang aktif melaksanakan pembelajaran Fisika Teknik. Teknik observasi, dan studi dokumentasi digunakan untuk analisis kebutuhan pembelajaran dan merancang model pembelajaran. Wawancara, angket dan lembar observasi kelas digunnakan untuk melihat keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Tes hasil belajar mahasiswa digunakan untuk melihat efektifitas prototipe model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Hasil implemenasi model pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar mahasiswa cenderung tinggi. Rata-rata nilai hasil belajar mahasiswa 85,83. 94 % mahasiswa dapat melampaui batas lulus untuk matakuliah Fisika Teknik yaitu nilai ≥70. Terdapat 25 % mahasiswa dikatagorikan cukup kompenten, 34 % mahasiswa dikatagorikan kompenten dan terdapat 38% mahasiswa dikatagorikan sangat kompenten. Namun demikian masih terdapat 3% mahasiswa yang dikatagorikan tidak kompenten.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran, Kompetensi Fisika Teknik dan Hasil belajar mahasiswa
