Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada siswa ekstrakulikuler futsal. Penelitian desktiptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Dilakukannya tes dan pengukuran menggunakan instrumen sesuai dengan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) usia 13-15 tahun untuk menentukan kebugaran jasmani siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 siswa putra yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler futsal di Madrasah Tssanawiyah Negeri 1 Pontianak. Data yang diperoleh dilapangan berupa hasil tes dan pengukuran kebugaran jasmani dengan TKJI. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan deskriptif persentase, perhitungan dibantu dengan menggunakan Software Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian terdapat 5 siswa kategori sedang dengan persentase 25%, 14 siswa kategori sedang dengan persentase 70% dan katagori kurang sekali 5% sebanyak 1 siswa. Kesimpulan tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada siswa ekstrakulikuler futsal masih rendah dan berada pada kategori kurang.
Besarnya manfaat yang didapatkan atlet dengan mengetahui tipe tubuh yang dimilikinya, agar dapat mengetahui apa saja yang dibutuhkan oleh cabang olahraganya. Akan tetapi, pada pelaksanaannya belum banyak yang melakukan pengukuran somatotype dalam memilih calon atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui somatotype atlet beladiri Tarung Derajat kategori Seni Gerak terhadap prestasi. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Tes pengukuran antropometri dengan mengukur lebar tulang, lingkar tubuh, tebal lemak tubuh, berat badan dan tinggi badan. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dalam menentukan sampel. Penelitian terdiri-dari 5 atlet putra dan 10 putri Tarung Derajat katagori Seni Gerak Kalimantan Barat yang dilaksanakan di Satlat Mujahidin Kota Pontianak. Data yang diperoleh di lapangan berupa hasil tes pengukuran somatotype dan prestasi atlet Tarung Derajat, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan deskriptif persentase untuk menganalisa. Hasil penelitian terdapat 67% dengan tipe tubuh endomorph mesomorph sebanyak 2 atlet prestasi lokal dan 8 atlet memiliki prestasi nasional, tipe tubuh central sebanyak 2 atlet memiliki prestasi lokal dengan persentase 13%, tipe tubuh endomorph memiliki 1 prestasi lokal dan 1 atlet nasional dengan persentase 13%, berikutnya tipe tubuh mesomorph ectomorph 7% dengan prestasi lokal. Kesimpulan somatotype endomorph mesomorph memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap prestasi atlet tarung derajat kategori seni gerak, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini memberikan referensi baru mengenai somatotype pada atlet beladiri. Rekomendasi penelitian selanjutnya dapat membandingkan somatotype atlet beladiri tarung derajat kategori seni gerak dan petarung terhadap prestas
Background: Futsal and soccer are sports that require endurance and good physical fitness. However, the striking difference, especially in terms of the field used, causes various assumptions. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to compare the levels of physical fitness required for futsal and soccer as extracurricular activities. Methods: The Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI), In this study, a survey administered to extracurricular football and futsal players aged 13 to 15 was used as a quantitative method. Male students from two separate schools who were involved in extracurricular activities participated in this study, including soccer at State Junior High School 3 Sukadana, and futsal at Madrasah Tsanawiyah State 1 Pontianak. Applying a purposive sampling strategy to collect the sample, 20 futsal extracurricular students and 20 soccer extracurricular students were obtained. The SPSS version 26 program was used to aid in the data analysis for this investigation. Results: According to the study's findings, the average physical fitness score for soccer extracurricular was 15.1, while the average for futsal extracurricular was 11.75. Additionally, the significance value is 0.000 0.05, demonstrating a significant distinction between football and futsal as extracurricular activities. Conclusion: The study on the degree of physical fitness in extracurricular futsal and football found that there is a big gap. These preliminary results might improve understanding of student fitness developments among exercise professionals.
This study aims to determine the increase in the combination of running and jumping in soccer games. Court tennis game. This study uses a CAR approach (Classroom Action Research), the research carried out intends to find information about the implementation of learning variations delivered by classroom action research. The population is 26 students of Class V at the State Elementary School 13 Batu Ampar. Following this type of research, namely classroom action research, this research has staged in the form of cycles. The design of each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. From the results of research cycle 1, 20 students have completed with a percentage of 74% divided into 2 classifications ranging from 75-79 and 80-89 and 6 students who have not completed with a percentage of 24%. Then from cycle 2, there were no students who had not achieved the completeness score because they scored below 75 and 35 other students were declared complete after getting a score above 75. It means that learning the combination of running and jumping can improve learning outcomes on football material.
The purpose of this study was to determine the Interpretive Study of the Development of Petanque Sports Athletes in Central Java. This research uses interpretive qualitative research. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling or sampling purpose. There are three main data collection techniques in descriptive research, namely observation, interviews, and document analysis. The analysis in this study was carried out in four stages, namely; The stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of Petanque sports achievements is managed by each branch of the Central Java Indonesian Petanque Sports Federation (FOPI). So far there has been no special coaching related to talent search for early childhood development other than activities carried out on the UTP campus, UNNES, and extracurricular activities in schools such as elementary, junior high, and high school. The training camp in Semarang is still only carried out when approaching the multi-event by selecting outstanding athletes from each branch manager.
