Technology becomes a part of today’s lifestyles. Improving the quality of memorizing is significantly related to the development of learning resources through technological innovation. Educational games are one of the learning resources that can improve the memorization skills of PG/Kindergarten students. The purpose of this study was to develop an Android-based educational game as learning media and assess their effectiveness. The development model used was the ADDIE model. This research was conducted at Daar Al Husna PG/Kindergarten in Malang. Validation by material and media experts showed that the Android-based educational developed was very good and worthy of use. The effectiveness of the application of this Android-based educational game was assessed through pretest and posttest score
Pelatihan kewirausahaan dilaksanakan dengan maksud untuk memotivasi para guru untukmembuat usaha sampingan karena mayoritas para guru tidak mempunyai usaha sampingan yangdapat membantu dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya. Hal tersebut disebabkan belum adanyapengetahuan dan wawasan terkait kewirausahaan. Peserta dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat iniadalah guru di Raudlatul Athfal Aisyiyah 5 Kalitengah Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Pelaksanaanpelatihan dimulai dengan memberikan wawasan terkait kewirausahaan kemudian penerapannya.Output dari kegiatan ini adalah para guru telah membuat dan mulai memasarkan produknya baiksecara langsung ataupun melalui media sosial, salah satu contoh produknya adalah kuliner.Kemudian tahap selanjutnya adalah evaluasi dan monitoring yang dilaksanakan denganmemberikan daftar pertanyaan terkait wawasan dan penerapan kewirausahaan kepada para guru.Alhasil, secara keseluruhan para guru telah memahami prinsip dasar dari kewirausahaan dan sudahmemulai usaha sampingannya. Intinya, kegiatan ini telah memberikan dampak positif bagi paraguru di Raudlatul Athfal Aisyiyah 5 Kalitengah baik berupa pemahaman kewirausahaan maupunpengimplemantasiannya dalam bentuk usaha sampingan
Character education is very important for elementary students. Character education in elementary schools will teach the habits of thinking and behavior that help students to live and work together in the family, community, and nation. Some of the problems that arise in the world of education include the lack of exemplary character of teachers to students, low understanding of teachers about character education, and lack of training for teachers to understand the importance of character education. It encourages proposers to incorporate ideas and ideas that solve the problem in training activities. So the proposer takes title of Teacher Empowerment elementary school in Strengthening Character Education in District Tulangan Sidoarjo. The ang approach method is used in devotion to this community with training activities. To know the success of the training activities, the proposal proponent will carry out the mentoring after the training activity has ended. The result of this dedication to the community can be concluded that the training is quite successful where the trainees are very enthusiastic in the training activities, it is also because each teacher has not received socialization from the government related to the government policy by providing Character Education reinforcement in School. From the results of the mentoring shows each teacher has developed an understanding and knowledge related to character education in schools. It is apparent from the results of anget teachers who have implemented character education in various activities at school.
