Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui konsep pendidikan entrepreneurship di pesantren; pelaksanaan pendidikan entrepreneurship; dampak pendidikan entrepreneurshipdi pesantren; problematika yang dihadapi dan solusi untuk mengatasinya.Penelitian ini termasuk jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Analisis data penelitian menggunakan model interaktif Miles Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) pendidikan entrepreneurship diarahkan untuk mempersiapkan santri dalam menghadapi kehidupan setelah lulus. Urusan pekerjaan sebenarnya sudah diatur Allah, namun manusia harus mempersiapkan diri dengan keterampilan secukupnya; 2) kegiatan entrepreneurship di pesantren dilaksanakan melalui jalur program khusus unggulan, kurikuler, ekstrakurikuler, dan jalur non-kurikuler; 3) kegiatan kewirausahaan di pesantren mampu memberi dampak ekonomi dan life skill kepada para santri; 4) masalah yang muncul dalam kegiatan kewirausahaan di pesantren berasal dari human resources, masalah teknologik, manajemen. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, pihak pesantren selalu melakukan kordinasi dengan pihak terkait dan berusaha memperbaiki manajemen kewirausahaannya
It is so important to read that Allah SWT sent down His revelations to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. the first is the command to read in the letter al-'Alaq verses 1-5. This study aims to: (1) To describe the concept of literacy value of surat al-'Alaq verses 1-5 in Tafsir al-Mishbah. (2) To describe the implementation of the literacy value of Surat al-'Alaq verses 1-5 in Tafsir al-Mishbah at MTs Al Uswah Kec. Bergas, Kab. Semarang in 2021. This type of research includes the type of library research, which is research that studies and explores various written sources related to the theme carried by the author, namely the literacy value of the letter al-'Alaq verses 1–5 and its implementation at the madrasah tsanawiyah school level by making M. Quraish Shihab's Tafsīr al-Mishbah as the main source of reference. While the nature of this research is descriptive analytical in this study the subject is in the form of the Literacy Value of Surat al-'Alaq verses 1–5 in Al-Mishbah Tafsir and Its Implementation at MTs Al Uswah Kec. Bergas, Kab. Semarang will be discussed in a clear, coherent and directed manner. Based on the results of the analysis of the book Tafsir al-Mishba h and research at MTs Al Uswah Kec. Bergas, Kab. Semarang shows that: (1) the book Tafsir al-Mishbah is a book of Tafsir al-Qur'an by Prof. Dr. Quraish Shihab, which the book uses the method of tafsir tahlili (analytic), which is a method of interpreting the Koran which intends to explain the contents of the verses of the Koran from all its aspects and follow the order of the verses and surats that have been arranged in the mushaf the Koran now. In the systematic writing of Tafsir al-Mishbah, Quraish Shihab begins by explaining the meaning of the word of Allah SWT in a language that can be understood by many people, conditioned by the cultural environment and the development of science today. (2) The literacy value in Q.S. al-’Alaq verses 1-5 according to the Tafsir Al-Mishbah consist of four aspects of value, namely reading, research, writing, and teaching values. (3) Regarding the implementation of literacy values in order to increase reading interest among students, the head of MTs Al-Uswah Kec. Online learning impacts students' lack of motivation to learn as daily learning is spent in front of the gadget. That causes student saturation, so a way is needed to have a strong motivation in learning. The study aims to determine the use, effectiveness, and impact of ice breaking in online learning of Tauhid courses. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. At the same time, the interactive data analysis model technique popularized by Miles and Huberman was used. This research found that the ice breakings used in online learning of Tauhid courses were: ice breaking based on clapping the limbs, ice breaking based on exercise, and ice breaking based on humour. In addition, the use of ice breaking in online learning of Tauhid courses was considered adequate. It also positively impacted more fluid online learning, increased student interest in learning, and pushed student activity.
Caring of students in teaching-learning process should be one of the most important attentions of teachers. They should be the central body by which the measurement of success or failure is underpinned. Teachers will be considered successful when their students get scores above the passing grade. However, they must fail when the students get unsatisfactory achievements. Even though students' success is the end of the aim of teaching-learning process but their involvement is not taken into account accordingly. To achieve such a goal, their internal potentials should be revitalized. The inner potentials include attitude, motivation, aptitude, and intelligence. The successful study can be achieved when the four internal potential are well managed. For that reason, teachers' attention should be addressed to intensify the potentials to get the significant yield. Studi yang berhasil dapat tercapai ketika keempat potensi internal tersebut dikelola dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, perhatian guru harus ditujukan untuk mengintensifkan potensi tersebut guna mendapatkan hasil yang signifikan.
