Program linier integer nol-satu dengan pendekatan software Lindo dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan metode penjadwal siklis. Metode penjadwalan siklis salah satu metode penjadwalan yang dapat digunakan untuk menjadwalkan piket kerja Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP), dimana masing-masing Satpol PP akan bekerja dalam jangka waktu tertentu yaitu 5 hari dan akan berulang secara periodik. Solusi variabel keputusan dari model pmrogram liniernya yaitu nol atau satu yang menjadi keputusan Satpol PP dalam memilih tipe jadwal. Penyusunan jadwal usulan ini memperhatikan bobot kesukaan hari libur Satpol PP di setiap tipe jadwal yang dibentuk sehingga fungsi tujuan dari model program liniernya adalah memaksimumkan bobot kesukaan hari libur setiap Satpol PP terhadap tipe jadwal yang ada. Hasil analisa diperoleh jadwal usulan yang optimal dalam memaksimumkan kualitas penugasan di setiap shift dengan tetap memperhatikan beban dan kendala kerja yang ada. Selain itu juga diketahui bahwa perbandingan antara penjadwalan usulan dengan penjadwalan yang selama ini digunakan terlihat pada aspek kualitas dan keadilan penjadwalan yang dilakukan di penjadwalan usulan lebih unggul.
Human Resources (HR) is an important element in a company. For this reason, HR must be properly maintained as an invaluable asset in the company. A good company will provide facilities to maintain the safety and comfort of HR. Companies usually will provide guidelines for working in a company that have been standardized so that the job becomes easy to do. These guidelines are often referred to as occupational health and safety (K3) guidelines. One of the companies implementing K3 is PT. PLN (Persero) Sumbawa. Such a great threat can occur in this company due to the vast work field that there are several high work risks such as falling from a height or being electrocuted. Due to high hazards, risk management is needed which includes hazard identification to determine risks that give rise to occupational accident hazards, analyze potential hazards, assess risks, and make recommendations to reduce the occurrence of work accidents. So it is necessary to conduct research to identify and suggest improvements to working conditions to minimize hazards. This study uses the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), which is a method used to identify and analyze hazards so that the processes that take place in a system can run smoothly and safely.
The area of the Batu Bulan dam is less than 183 hectares with a capacity of 15 liters per second, the largest dam on the island of Sumbawa, located in Batu Bulan village, Moyo Hulu sub-district, Sumbawa regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Batu Bulan Dam is planned to be able to meet the irrigation needs, raw water, and has a potential for hydroelectric power plants. Considering the latter plans and the limited water supply from the dam, it is necessary to have a study for the optimization of the Dam's water allocation. By this study, the water allocation can be optimized and the planting patterns are managed. This is the objective of this research, namely the optimization of Batu Bulan Dam waters allocation for irrigation utilization, which is expected to improve dam operation patterns, to obtain the best cropping patterns and to obtain optimum benefits of rice and corn plants planted in the irrigation area. One method that can be used to solve the water allocation problem is linear programming with the objective is maximizing total profits and the constraints is water availability and land area.
