The article provides an analysis of the prospects for the use of artificial intelligence in the agro-industrial complex. The relevance of the study is due to the rapid development of these technologies based on various breakthroughs in the digital sphere and the significant uncertainty of the prospects for their application in agricultural production. The purpose of the paper is to study the nature and direction of the using artificial intelligence technologies in agriculture, as well as to identify problems and prospects for the using artificial intelligence technologies in agriculture in the region. These technologies are used in various fields of agriculture: identification of plant diseases, classification and identification of weeds, identification and counting of fruits, management of water and soil resources, weather (climate) and determination of animal behavior. The advantages of using artificial intelligence technologies include increasing labor productivity in the agricultural sector, improving the efficiency of managerial decision-making, expanding access to information, expanding human capabilities in the workplace and the emergence of new professions. The limitations of the using artificial intelligence technologies in agriculture in the region include the lack of funds and the high cost of these technologies. As the main measures to overcome these obstacles, we can single out an increase in state support and professional development of staff. Artificial intelligence technologies will increase the accuracy of forecasts in various areas of production, which will attract additional investments in agriculture in the region.
Currently, digitalization is the most urgent problem faced by many agricultural producers, so the main trend in the development strategy of the Russian Federation is digitalization. The goal of this direction is to introduce and improve the use of new technologies in all spheres of national life. Agriculture in the Russian Federation has always been one of the most important areas of the economy, so technological development is very important. “Digital agriculture” will help find and make the best decisions not only for the growth of the company, but also to prevent various inefficient decisions that lead to future bankruptcies. The emphasis on the development of agro-industrial and industrial complexes has once again proved the importance of this sector of the economy for the state. In this article, the authors try to understand the current strategy for the development of agriculture until 2025 and what role digitalization plays in it. According to the authors, the implementation of such solutions and their adoption by companies not only control the development, but also provide a good tool for improving the efficiency of the agricultural sector.
Currently, waste-free technologies in the food industry play an important role in the sustainable development of dairy enterprises, as well as in solving food, economic, environmental and energy problems. One of the ways to strengthen the food industry is the introduction of new food processing technologies. This, in turn, requires more carefulness processing of agricultural raw materials and more rational use of useful ingredients. In this regard, the goal is to develop a technology for the production of cottage cheese with certain qualitative and physico-chemical properties. The research results show that albumin cottage cheese (or albumin) obtained with the help of whey protein meets quality standards, and the economic efficiency of this production product is very high which increases the production development and sustainability of agricultural enterprises.
The article considers the possibilities of using resource-saving technologies in agricultural enterprises of the region. The factors that contribute to the active development of introducring resource-saving technologies in the crop production of the Krasnoyarsk region are determined. The difficulties and potential for the grouwth of resource conservation have been identified, which make it possible to achieve an increase in efficiency, ecological safety and quality of agricultural products. The introduction of the proposed resource-saving technology is justified by calculations based on a multiple correlation and regression model. On the basis of the proposed model, the factorial characteristics of seed costs, energy availability, labor intensity that affect the effective feature such as the level of yield are identified. Resource-saving technologies when used in agricultural enterprises specializing in crop production can increase yields without changing the area of sowing and significantly reduce the cost of tillage and grain harvesting.
