As a prospective educator, especially Unirow Tuban students are expected to have adequate competition. The competence in question is primarily the mastery of mathematics learning material that will be taught to elementary school students. One of the material that is often considered easy but in fact many educators and even students also have difficulty in teaching is to understand the value of phi (π) in the formula around the circle. An interview with one of the 2018 students revealed that the student did not know the origin of the phi (π) value in the circle circumference formula, which students remembered when learning circle material sometimes began by giving a formula around the circle, then continued by completing the example problems. This study aims to analyze and describe students' understanding of the phi (π) numbers in the formula around the circle. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 70 students. The data collection technique used a random sampling of 75 students. In order to measure the ability of students to do the test. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the 2018 PGSD Unirow Tuban students have an understanding that is still very low with an average score of 58.7 in the poor category with a conversion of D scores. Most students have difficulty understanding, especially in point C questions. and point D related to the origin of the phi (π) value and how to find the phi (π) value itself. If it is tested on question C, students are able to answer the meaning of the phi (π) value as much as 18.66% (14) students. While in question D, students are able to answer how to find the value of phi (π) by 16% (12) students

Keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM) merupakan sebuah keluarga yang berdasarkan data kementerian sosial berhak menerima bantuan berupa uang dari pemerintah. Sebagian besar KPM di desa Prambonwetan kecamatan Rengel kabupaten Tuban ini telah memiliki usaha di bidang pertanian dengan memanfaatkan tanah negara yang ada di pinggir sungai Bengawan Solo. Salah satu jenis tanaman yang di tanam adalah cabai. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah  keterbatasan lahan, serangan hama, bergantung pada musim. Guna mengatasi kendala tersebut maka perlu diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang sistem tanam cabai yang dikembangkan adalah sistem tanam cabai dengan media air atau disebut sistem hidroponik. Kelebihan dari sistem tanam cabai hidroponik adalah tidak bergantung pada musim, tidak bergantung pada ketersediaan lahan, dan dapat meminimalisir serangan hama. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan pelatihan hidrochili (tanam cabai secara hidroponik), KPM dapat menerapkan tanam cabai secara hidroponik sehingga dalam jangka panjang dapat meningkatkan taraf perekonomian KPM. Metode yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi dua tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan dan pelaksanaan. Pada tahap persiapan, tim pengabdian masyarakat melakukan surve, penentuan lokasi dan sasaran, persiapan dan penyusunan materi pelatihan, persiapan alat dan bahan untuk tahap pelaksanaan pelatihan. Tahap pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan terkait hidrochili, demonstrasi hidrochili, dan pendampingan kepada KPM dalam melakukan hidrochili. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan oleh tim pelaksana sampai KPM dapat melaksanakan sistem tanam cabai secara hidroponik. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa, KPM yang mampu melaksanakan tanam cabai secara hidroponik. Berdasarkan angket respon yang diberikan kepada KPM diketahui bahwa rata-rata keseluruhan 88 %. Hal tersebut menunjukkan respon positif terhadap pelatihan hidrochili (tanam cabai secara hidroponik).

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in education is one of the main supporters of educational services through the development of e-books. The purpose of this activity is to increase teacher competence in utilizing ICT to prepare the 21st century education system in facing the industrial revolution 4.0. This activity uses the community development method through training, mentoring and development in the preparation of e-book learning media. Instrument achievement of implementation indicators using pretest and posttest questionnaires for knowledge and skills of e-book development for teachers at Analysis of the results of achievement using descriptive analysis of the average value and percentage. The average pretest results of participants' abilities in developing e-books are still less visible from the results of less than 11%, very less by 77%, enough by 6%, good 4% and very good by 2% . The average posttest results of participants' ability in developing e-books increased, namely very less and less by 0%, enough by 26%, good by 60% and very good by 14%. The community development method is able to increase the knowledge and skills of teachers in developing e-book learning media

The teachers' ability of SDN Saringembat 1 and SDN Mulyorejo towards technology-based learning media is still low. Therefore, it is still minimally used for online learning. The solution offered is to conduct training on the use of google classroom and google form. The implementation method of this training was by demonstrating, assisting and assigning participants to use the application. Based on the results of the analysis, 95% of participants gained insights and skills related to the use of google classrooms and google forms for online learning. In fact, 65% of them were committed to utilizing these media in learning.

The fact is that there are people who have the disadvantage that they can not master the four skills or language skills (writing, reading, speaking, and listening). One of them is students with hearing disabilities. This deficiency affects other language skills, especially speaking and writing skills. Basically the ability of written language is the ability of the language that can be done students with hearing disabilities  to replace the ability of spoken language. This study aims to analyze and describe the ability to write in students with hearing disabilities at elementary school Inclusion in Tuban District. Based on data analysis conducted can be known from the interview data, on the indicator 1) seven students who can write with percentage 100%, indicator 2) four students who can show the ability and three students can not show the ability, the percentage of 57.1% students who can and 42.9% of students who can not. In indicator 3) three students can and four students who can not, percentage of, 42.9% for students who can and 57.1% students can not. Indicator 4) one student can and six students who can not, percentage of 14.2% students who can show ability and 85.8% students who can not point the ability. Indicator 5) three that can indicate the capability of the indicator and four that can not show, with the percentage of 42.9% of students who can and 57.1% of students who can not. The data of test result using indicator 2 to 5. Indicator 2) four students can show ability and three students can not, percentage equal to 57,1% student that can show ability 42,9% student which can not. Indicator 3) five students can two students can not, percentage of 71.4% of students who can and 28.6% for students who can not show ability. Indicator 4) one student can show ability and six students can not show ability, percentage is 14,2% student who can and 85,8% student can not show ability. Indicator 5) six students can show ability and one student can not show ability, percentage equal, 85,8% student can and 14,2% student can not. The conclusions obtained from the research that has been done states that the ability to write grade IV students with hearing disabilities in SDN Inclusion at Kabupaten Tuban. One of the influencing factors is the low ability of spoken language possessed by the inability to sense the sense of hearing.
