A tourism village is an integrated tourism concept in an area that combines local tourism potential in the form of art-culture products and natural beauty, accommodation, and other supporting facilities. Tourist villages have great potential, especially for the tourist segment who is interested in exploring the rich arts and culture of the foreign community. This study analyzes the development of a business network-based tourism village program in Tamansari Village, Banyuwangi Regency, namely by cooperating with the private sector to improve the community's economy through the concept of a tourist village. Using corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds from private companies, several tourist sites in Tamansari village were developed, starting from the milk village (Dusun Ampel Gading), the mining village, to the flower village (Dusun Jambu). Qualitative descriptive method is carried out with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews with village heads and Pokdarwis, as well as literature study. The results showed that the development of a business network-based tourism village program in Tamansari Village had a significant impact on boosting the residents' economy, and could be used as additional village income through APBDes. The village government in supporting the development of tourist villages collaborates with Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Groups), which have an important role and contribution to explore new potential in tourism development. thorough. Villages are the spearhead of Indonesia's development. Therefore, the government continues to strive to encourage the village economy by channeling Village Funds and the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMdes) development program. The objectives of BUMDes as stated in Permendesa PDT and Transmigration No. 4/2015 is, improving the village economy, increasing community efforts in managing the village's economic potential. In addition, it also develops business cooperation plans between villages and/or with third parties, creates opportunities and market networks that support the needs of public services for residents, creates employment opportunities, improves community welfare through improving public services, growth and equity in the village economy, and increasing income. village community and village original income. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which aims to determine the optimization of the existence of BUMDes towards increasing community and village independence. The variables used in this study were BUMDes, community empowerment, and increasing village independence. The sampling method used in this research is the snowball method. The results showed that the optimization of the role of Bumdes in increasing village independence in Tamasari Village, Licin District, Banyuwangi Regency could be realized, where since its establishment in 2015, during its development period many programs were developed, which in turn had a positive impact on opening up jobs, increasing the economy. community, as well as increase the income of the Village APBDes.
Salah satu festival di Banyuwangi yang menampilkan nilai-nilai kultural dan komersial yaitu festival Seblang di Desa Olehsari yang dinilai mampu memberikan dampak multiplier terhadap perekonomian warga desa, khususnya dengan semakin banyaknya wisatawan yang berkunjung dan melakukan aktivitas ekonomi dan pariwisata di Desa Olehsari ini. Hal ini tentu tidak terlepas dari peran penting aparatur atau perangkat desa yang mampu menjadi driver of change dari pembangunan desa yang berjalan, arah pengembangan desa dan strategi yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi peningkatan kemandirian desa dan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat melalui event festival memiliki dampak yang cukup signifikan sebagai tambahan penghasilan warga dan dari iuran warga yang berjualan pada saat acara festival bisa dijadikan tambahan pemasukan desa melalui APBDes. Disamping festival seblang, pemerintah desa telah melakukan upaya lanjutan dengan diadakannya Kuliner Bengi Lan Lungguh Ngopi setiap sabtu malam minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah desa dalam mendukung strateginya membentuk Tim inovasi desa, yang memiliki tugas dan fungsi untuk menggali potensi baru yang bisa diangkat dan dikembangkan melalui program atau kegiatan lainnya, Sehingga diharapkan kedepan pemerataan ekonomi masayarakat di desa Olehsari bisa merata dan menyeluruh. Effective promotional activities are very essential in the development of tourism in an area. Promotional mix is one of the marketing tools, it can be used to inform, persuade and remind potential tourists. Apart from its natural beauty, Banyuwangi is also famous for its traditional culture which can attract many tourists to come. Together with tourism development, traditional culture is carried out as a tourist place. This study analyzes the development of the Koepat village market in Boyolangu Village, Giri District, Banyuwangi Regency, as an atourist attraction. This tradition has been praised by many people since it was held in 2018, the community adopted it as "Kumpul tekO Punjer paPAT" (KOEPAT) with two goals, namely to support Banyuwangi Regency as a "tourism city" and to carry out the tradition in a more professional festival. so that not only to maintain the pride of the younger generation of the local community to preserve their traditions, but also as a unique tourist attraction in urban areas.
Wilayah pesisir Desa Jangkar Kecamatan Jangkar merupakan daerah peralihan laut dan daratan. Pengembangan wilayah pesisir Desa Jangkar seringkali mendapatkan tekanan dari berbagai aktivitas manusia dan fenomena yang terjadi di darat maupun laut. Hal ini terilustrasi di Desa Jangkar Kecamatan Jangkar. Desa Jangkar memiliki keunikan letak geografis dibandingkan dengan pantai lainnya terutama dengan adanya pelabuhan yang menghubungkan jalur perairan ke pulau Madura dan tempat pelelangan ikan, serta warung kuliner yang murah sehingga menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Kondisi ekonomi masyarakat yang ada di Desa Jangkar saat ini hampir tidak mengalami perubahan akibat perilaku masyarakat yang hanya menggantungkan hidupnya dari hasil laut saja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji perilaku masyarakat pesisir yang berdampak pada aspek sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan sosiologis, atau dalam penelitian administrasi publik biasa disebut normatif terapan/normatif empiris. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dengan informan pemerintah dan kelompok nelayan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku masyarakat pesisir yang berpengaruh terhadap kondisi perekonomian. Hal ini juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor rendahnya tingkat pendidikan masyarakat tentang wilayah pesisir Desa Jangkar. Pemerintah hendaknya dapat bekerjasama dengan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di kampung nelayan Desa Jangkar agar berdampak positif terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di wilayah desa Jangkar.
