The aim of this research is to identify: (1) the influence of shopping experience and the perceived value toward customersatisfaction (2) the influence of shopping experience, the perceived value and customersatisfaction toward customer loyalty (3) the indirect influence of shopping experience and perceived value toward customer loyalty at minimarkets in Aceh evaluated through customer satisfaction.The research was conducted at minimarkets in Aceh. The objects of the study are: Shopping experience role, and the perceived value between consumer loyalty and customer satisfaction which become the mediating variables. The number of population in this study is all the customers at minimarkets in Aceh, therefore, the sampling technique used in the research was known as the non-probability sampling. It is conducted by taking the purposive sampling method, it means that the population considered as research sample has certain criterias, At the end, there were 270 respondents as the sample population. Structural equation modeling was the analysis equipment. The study identifies that the shopping experience and perceived value have positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction and shopping experience, moreover, the perceived value and customer satisfaction provide positive and significant impact toward the customer loyalty. In addition, the shopping experience and the perceived value indirectly give positive impact and significantly influence the customer loyalty of minimarkets in Aceh which shown through thee customer satisfaction.
Drug addiction has long been haunting Malaysians which has ravaged the communities, especially Malays who are the majority of the population of the country. This threat is not only a big problem for the country, but it also brings losses from the aspect of human capital as a state asset. As such, there is a number of private drug treatment and rehabilitation centers that use Islamic management as the foundation. The study aims to introduce and compare the management of two private drug treatment centers, which are the Baitul Taubah, Kelantan, Malaysia and the Anharul-U-Loom pondok institution, Krabi, South Thailand. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach where researchers conducted visits to both drug treatment centers. The qualitative approaches include formal and informal interviews, and observations that are carried out during the visits to the treatment centers. Results show that Islamic management has been practiced in both drug treatment centers. The effectiveness of Islamic management can be seen when former drug addicts reserve their respective treatment centers. Thus the good effect of Psycho Spiritual Therapy is supposed to be promoted as an exemplary management in the field of drug treatment management. Contribution/ Originality: This study contributes in the existing literature on Islamic management model, particularly, by using psycho spiritual therapy. The articles on Islamic management by using spiritual element in drug rehabilitation centres as the mainstay is very limited.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendidikan karakter yang menurut Muhammad Khudhari Bek dalam kitab Khulashah Nurul Yaqin, yaitu (1) Sejauh manakah Nilai Pendidikan Karakter dalam kitab Khulashah Nurul Yaqin karya Muhammad Khudhari Bek dibutuhkan dalam memahami moralitas Islam, (2) Bagaimana metode pengajaran yang digunakan Muhammad Khudhari Bek dalam kitab Khulashah Nurul Yaqin, dan (3) Bagaimanakah aplikasi Nilai Pendidikan Karakter pada kitab Khulāşah Nūrul Yaqīn dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Sumber data primer adalah kitab Khulashah Nurul Yaqin, sumber sekundernya adalah terjemahannya dan sumber tersiernya adalah kitab-kitab dan buku-buku lain yang bersangkutan dan relevan dengan penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan Karakter yang ada dalam kitab Khulashah Nurul Yaqin karya Muhammad Khudhari sangat relevan dengan kehidupan sekarang, pendidikan akhlak Rasulullah SAW sangat di butuhkan dalam mendidik karakter pada kehidupan sekarang karena Rasulullah SAW merupakan suritauladan dalam segala hal. Nabi Muhammad SAW telah menampilkan cermin kehidupan yang wawasannya demikian luas, seluas ragam kehidupan kita yang berkaitan dengan berbagai aspek dan profesi kita masing-masing. Model pendidikan karakter dalam kitab Khulashah Nurul yaqin ini menggunakan pendekatan uraian narasi dan pertanyaan, dengan niat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya kefahaman.Adapun aplikasi Nilai-Nilai pendidikan karakter dalam kitab Khulashah Nurul Yaqin dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dari sifat-sifat Rasulullah SAW yaitu: (1) shidiq, (2) Amanah, (3) Tabligh, (4) Fathanah. This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study were Pepsodent consumers in Banda Aceh City, with a total sample of 100 respondents using convenience sampling technique. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that advertising and consumer satisfaction had a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City by 80.2% and the remaining 19.8% was explained by other variables outside of this study such as product quality, brand image and price and etc. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) indicates that the relationship (correlation) between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 89.6%, meaning that consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City has a strong and positive relationship with correlation advertisement(X1) and consumer satisfaction (X2). The results of the f test statistic test show that advertising and consumer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with value Fcount>Ftable (197,035>3,090).While partially advertising and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with a value of tcount> ttable (9.705 and 3.339>1.984). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that from the two variables studied, it turns out that the variable advertisement(X1) has the most dominant influence on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with a coefficient value of 0.689, and then followed by the variable consumer satisfaction(X2) with a coefficient value of 0.264.
