This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance in the Archives and Library of Aceh Province. This research was conducted at the Archive and Library Agency of the Province of Aceh, with the object of research being the effect of compensation, Leadership Style and work motivation on employee performance at the Archive and Library Board of the Province of Aceh. This analysis is based on data obtained from 181 population determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula, which is 44 people sampled. In this study, the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis methods (Multiple Linear Regression) which are processed with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program. The results of the study based on the F test (simultaneously) obtained an F-count of 24.196 while the Ftable at a significant level α = 5% was 3.225. This shows that Fcount> F table, with a significance level of 0,000. The results of this calculation can be drawn a conclusion that accepting the null hypothesis, meaning that the compensation variable (X1) leadership style (X2) and work motivation (X3), jointly have a significant effect on employee performance at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Board. This means that overall respondents agreed to the indicators examined, thereby affecting the performance of employees at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Board. While partially from the three variables examined, it turns out that the compensation variable (X1) which has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Agency, because the regression coefficient is greater than the other variables. Performance appraisal is an activity controlling the management of a company. This study is an empirical study that aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and promotion of their work motivation and their impact on employee performance at Serambi Mekkah University. The research was conducted at Serambi Mekkah University. The populations in this study were all employees at Serambi Mekkah University which amounts to 105 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Primary data were analyzed with path analysis with the aid of SPSS software. The results showed that, performance appraisal and significant positive effect on work motivation. Performance appraisal and promotion of positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Serambi Mekkah University. In addition, work motivation can enhance the role of employees in Serambi Mekkah University.
This study is an implicit study of the influence of leadership, compensation and competence on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership, compensation and competency either partially or simultaneously on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The study population is all over Government Employees that works on Banda Aceh Public Health Office, amounting to 84 employees. The entire population is sampled because the population is affordable or less than 100. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). Primary data are then analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. The results of the study explain the leadership significantly influences the performance of employees in the Public Health Office of Banda Aceh. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. Simultaneously leadership, compensation and competence have a strong and positive relationship with employee performance at Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The role of leadership, compensation and competence in influencing employee performance at Banda Aceh Public Health Office also more dominant than other variables outside the model.
This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study were Pepsodent consumers in Banda Aceh City, with a total sample of 100 respondents using convenience sampling technique. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that advertising and consumer satisfaction had a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City by 80.2% and the remaining 19.8% was explained by other variables outside of this study such as product quality, brand image and price and etc. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) indicates that the relationship (correlation) between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 89.6%, meaning that consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City has a strong and positive relationship with correlation advertisement(X1) and consumer satisfaction (X2). The results of the f test statistic test show that advertising and consumer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with value Fcount>Ftable (197,035>3,090).While partially advertising and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with a value of tcount> ttable (9.705 and 3.339>1.984). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that from the two variables studied, it turns out that the variable advertisement(X1) has the most dominant influence on consumer loyalty to Pepsodent products in Banda Aceh City, with a coefficient value of 0.689, and then followed by the variable consumer satisfaction(X2) with a coefficient value of 0.264.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan karier personil Polri pada Satuan Kerja Biro Operasi Polda Aceh. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 64 orang Personil Polri, dan model penarikan sampel menggunakan sensus sehingga diperoleh 64 orang pegawai sebagai sampel. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karier personil Polri pada Satuan Kerja Biro Operasi Polda Aceh, dengan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (40,079>3,150). Sedangkan secara parsial pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karier personil Polri pada Satuan Kerja Biro Operasi Polda Aceh, dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (2,562 dan 5,241>1,998). Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) menunjukkan bahwa hubungan (korelasi) antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat sebesar 75,4%, artinya pengembangan karir Personil Polri pada Satuan Kerja Biro Operasi Polda Aceh mempunyai hubungan yang cukup erat dan positif dengan pengalaman kerja (X1) dan pelatihan (X2). Sedangkan nilai korelasi determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,568 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan terhadap pengembangan karir Personil Polri pada Satuan Kerja Biro Operasi Polda Aceh sebesar 56,8% dan sisanya sebesar 43,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar dari pada penelitian ini misalnya pendidikan, prestasi kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan lain-lain. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, maka dapat diketahui bahwa dari kedua variabel yang diteliti, ternyata variabel pelatihan (X2) yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap pengembangan karir Personil Polri pada Satuan Kerja Biro Operasi Polda Aceh, dengan nilai koefesien sebesar 0,556 dan selanjutnya diikuti oleh variabel pengalaman kerja (X2) mempunyai nilai koefisien sebesar 0,272.
