Globalization has had such a huge impact on the nation's generation, one ofwhich is the degradation of characters who are increasingly unstoppable among students.The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is increasingly complex in the IndustrialRevolution era 4.0. The teacher is not only required to master the learning material, butthe teacher is required to instill character. From this background gives encouragement tothe author to conduct research on how the Role of Islamic Religious Education Teachersin the Formation of Student Character in the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0Revolution. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative field research. The datacollection method is by interview, observation, or field notes, and communication.Whereas data analysis uses descriptive analytic and finally conclusions. The purpose ofthis study was to ditermine the role of islamic religious education teachers in shapingstudent characte. The results showed that in forming the character of students of SMAN 9Kerinci used a comprehensive approach. As for the character values possessed namelyreligious, responsibility, honesty, creative, democratic, disciplined, independent, tolerance,hard work, caring for the environment, polite, and simple.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi kaum perempuan yang tergabung pada Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Sendang Rejeki dalam menghadapi tantangan di era masyarakat milenial di dusun Sribit, Sendangtirto, Berbah,  Kabupaten Sleman. Edukasi bagi kaum perempuan ini  dilaksanakan  melalui kegiatan sarasehan dengan materi pertama tentang peran  perempuan di era milenial, pemberdayaan perempuan era milenial, dan pentingnya penguatan karakter bagi kaum perempuan. Adapun metode pelaksanaannya adalah : Pertama, memberikan edukasi peran perempuan melalui ceramah, tanya jawab dan media gambar. Kedua, memberikan penguatan kemandirian  perempuan melalui ceramah interaktif, sharing dan tanya jawab. Ketiga, memberikan penguatan karakter perempuan  melalui ceramah interaktif, tanya jawab, dan diskusi  kelompok.Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) meningkatnya pemahaman peran perempuan  dalam menghadapi tantangan di era milenial, 2) meningkatnya pemahaman tentang kemandirian perempuan dalam menghadapi tantangan milenial, dan 3) meningkatnya pemahaman peran  perempuan dalam  penguatan karakter di lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat.

<span lang="IN">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) </span><span lang="id">tradisi karapan kerbau pada masyarakat Sumbawa Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat</span><span lang="IN">; 2) </span><span lang="id">nilai tradisi karapan kerbau pada masyarakat Sumbawa Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat</span><span lang="IN">; 3) </span><span lang="id">penguatan nilai karakter masyarakat dari nilai tradisi karapan kerbau pada masyarakat Sumbawa Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat<em>.</em> </span><span lang="id"> </span><span lang="id">Metode penelitian  ini bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat  mengenai tradisi Karapan Kerbau. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif yang terdiri dari tiga alur yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil peneitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tradisi karapan kerbau merupakan sebuah tradisi masyarakat agraris Sumbawa Barat yang dilaksanakan pada saat awal musim tanam. Tradisi ini dilaksanakan dalam lokasi persawahan  berlumpur yang telah digenangi oleh air. Nilai-nilai dalam tradisi karapan kerbau, jika dilihat dari segi sosial tradisi ini dijadikan sebagai sarana silaturahmi dalam artian puncak-puncak sosiokultural antara agama dan masyarakat ini ada dalam pelaksanaan tradisi karapan kerbau. Dalam proses pelaksanaan tradisi karapan kerbau terdapat nilai-nilai yang dapat dijadikan sebagai penguatan nilai karakter masyarakat yaitu nilai kerja sama, nilai sportifitas, nilai budaya, nilai ekonomi, nilai pendidikan, nilai tolong-menolong, nilai saling menghargai, nilai kejujuran dan saling percaya, nilai estetik, nilai sosiokultural, nilai luhur kebersamaan dan kekerabatan, nilai luhur kedermawanaan, nilai mengayomi, nilai religius, nilai tanggung jawab, nilai cinta damai, nilai peduli sosial, nilai toleransi.</span>

This research is motivated by observational data which shows that the results of observations and the acquisition of social studies learning outcomes are low. Student creativity in social studies learning is channeled as it should be. The average value of social studies learning outcomes has not reached the KKM. One of the efforts to overcome this is by applying a problem-based learning model. This study aims to determine the application of the Project-Based Learning model in increasing creativity and learning outcomes of social studies lessons for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Melikan. The methodology used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects were 11 students from the fourth-level SD Negeri Melikan. Data were collected utilizing observation, document analysis, and tests. The data analysis used is a descriptive analysis technique with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research process is carried out in two cycles and each cycle includes four stages, namely 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation, and 4) reflection. The results show that creativity and learning outcomes can be increased through the Project-Based Learning model. Students with creativity good category from pre-cycle 5 students (45.45%) to 7 students (63.63%) in the first cycle and 10 students (90.9%) in the second cycle. Social studies learning outcomes increased from the average an average of 68.64 in the pre-cycle to an average of 74.54 in the first cycle and an average of 80.9 in the second cycle. This study concludes that the application of the Project-Based Learning Model can improve creativity and learning outcomes for social studies lessons for grade IV at SDN Melikan Rongkop Gunungkidul in the 2021/2022 academic year.

This study aims to analyze the improvement of teacher learning innovation in SD BOPKRI Wonosari through the application of the Fun School Movement. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The time of research was carried out in the 2021/2022 academic year. The research site is at SD BOPKRI Wonosari. The subject of the study was a class teacher with a total of 6 teachers. The object of the research is the improvement of teacher learning innovation in the content of social studies lessons. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. Learning innovations carried out by teachers can facilitate learning, encourage active and creative students to foster students' enthusiasm for learning, achieve learning goals, and ultimately improve student learning achievements. The results of this study can be concluded that the Fun School Movement can increase the innovation of learning social studies content for teachers at SD BOPKRI Wonosari in creating a positive learning environment, comfortable and fun learning atmosphere for students, and teachers themselves.
