The improvement of school education quality is determined by the ability of headmaster in empowering the teaching staffs and the community member as a whole. This study aims to determine the steps performed by the headmaster in improving the teachers' professionalism toward the 21st century learning. This study design was qualitative descriptive. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation. This study used data analysis techniques which consisted of several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing a conclusion. This study result toward the leadership of headmaster in improving the teachers' professionalism was the steps performed by headmaster such as: involving teachers in participating the technical guidance (Bimtek), Workshop, Teacher Working Group, seminars, Education and Training, and supervision which motivate teachers to always work in accordance with their respective duties with expertise according to their profession, and in those activities, the teachers are expected to improve their professionalism. The factors which hampered the headmaster in improving the teachers' professionalism toward the 21st century learning were the lack of facilities and infrastructures, the lack of teachers' knowledge in operating the computer, the teachers' teach the lessons which are not in accordance with their program, discipline and good cooperation between school staffs. The conclusion of this study was the headmaster with full responsibility improving the teachers' professionalism toward the 21st century learning.
The purpose of this study concerns (1) the role of the teacher in identifying students who have difficulty learning to read, write and count; (2) after the student data is identified, it can be seen the factors that cause students to have difficulty learning to read, write and count; (3) for that the teacher has a role in overcoming difficulties in learning to read, write and count. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques, which consist of the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, while the validity of the data is done by checking the results of interviews, data sources and implementation time. The results of the research conducted by grade 1 teachers were (1) identifying learning difficulties by analyzing the results of learning tests, basic ability tests, a scale of disclosing attitudes and learning habits, and observations during the teaching and learning process; (2) Factors that cause difficulties in learning to read, write and count are internal factors, external factors and learning approach factors. Pengukuran kinerja adalah suatu metode atau alat yang digunakan untuk mencatat dan menilai pencapaian pelaksanaan kegiatan berdasarkan tujuan, sasaran, dan strategi. Melalui pengukuran kinerja dapat diketahui kemajuan suatu organisasi, serta meningkatkan kualitas dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan termasuk akuntabilitasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah kota Jambi, penelitian dilakukan di kantor walikota dan data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran (LRA). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan melalui rasio keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, jika dilihat dari Rasio Derajat Desentralisasi Fiskal dapat dikategorikan sangat kurang, rasio ketergantungan keuangan daerah terhadap pemerintah pusat dan provinsi masih sangat tinggi, begitu juga dengan rasio kemandiriannya masih sangat rendah. Saran untuk pemerintah Kota Jambi sebagaimana lebih meningkatkan PAD melalui penerimaan sektor pajak dan retribusi daerah.
The Islamic capital market is one of the financial investment instruments that alsoserves to meet the needs of Muslim investors to invest according to sharia in a country. TheIslamic capital market in recent years has experienced quite good growth in Indonesia,with various instruments in accordance with the needs and desires of the majority ofMuslims, and has the opportunity to create a fair redistribution of the income and wealthecosystem. But there are pandemic cases that occur 19 so that all financial and economicinstruments face obstacles including the Islamic capital market. This study aims to look atthe impact of a pandemic on the movement of Islamic stock indexes in Indonesia using aliterature study approach or looking for primary information from capital marketdevelopment data that is released regularly on the official website and also informationfrom other media. The results of research analysis by looking at data and analysis of othersimple trends conclude that in the following months during the covid pandemic 19 willcontinue to decline in the movement of stock indexes, if the covid 19 pandemic problem isnot resolved properly, stock movements will decline and endanger the Indonesian economy.So there is no concrete need to overcome this problem so that it does not become aneconomic recession.
The study aimed to determine student learning outcomes with problem-based learning through a realistic mathematical approach in mathematics subjects for class V students. This type of research was quasi-experimental because in this study, no specific treatment (treatment) was given, but only revealed the symptoms that had been reported. It existed at the time this research was conducted, so there was no direct control over the independent variables. Data collection methods used are learning outcomes tests and documentation. The data analysis technique is the first using a descriptive statistical approach and paired sample test. The results showed that learning mathematics using problem-based learning through a realistic mathematics approach obtained an average of 80.00 students' mathematics learning outcomes, with students in the medium category with a percentage of 100%. The average normalized gain of 0.29 was convection into high, medium, and low categories, so the average normalized gain of students was in the medium category. This means that problem-based learning combined with a realistic mathematical approach to learning outcomes for fifth-grade students is in the medium category. The significance value of Asiymp. Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.09, which is greater than 0.05. Then according to the basis of decision-making in the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test above, it can be concluded that the data are normally distributed. Thus, the assumptions or requirements for normality distributed data in the regression model have been met.
