The paper describes some of the basics of kinematics and dynamics of vibratory conveyor drive. Featured are dynamic modes of material that is being transported. Presented are the optimum material handling, and most rational mode. Introducing the empirical dependence transport speed as a function of angle bending conveyor, amplitude of oscillation of the transport container, the oscillation frequency excitation angle at which operates the actuating force and the coefficient mode of operation of the conveyor. Featured are some of the drive vibratory conveyors, and especially the operation of electromagnetic vibratory conveyor. In this paper is studied a vibratory conveyor that is placed on an elastic base. Using the closed contours method it was determined the system that needs to be solved to obtain graphical representation for the generalized coordinates determining the position of the mechanical system elements. The shaking conveyor represents the chase hanged or supported to the fixed section. The chase commits oscillating motions hereupon the cargo which is in the chase, migrates concerning to the chase. The nature of the flow and its parameters are determined by the nature of the oscillating committed by the chase. Justifying the dynamic parameters of the vibratory conveyor and a study of the strain-energy. Installation causes fluctuations fixed tray. Uniformly distributed load on the tray acts in each element of the mechanism. On the basis of the program MSC Adams investigated the strain-energy and kinetic-energy of each link mechanism with results and calculations.

Numerous studies have established that the damage to the lower surface of hot-rolled strips is mainly due to their friction against rollers of mill rollers. In this case, the probability of scoring, scrapes and other mechanical damage increases otherwise severe wear on the surface of the rollers, improper installation and jamming. This also applies fully to the pulling and forming rollers of the coilers. On modern broadband mills the following measures are used to prevent damage to the surface of hot-rolled strips: reduce the distance between the axes of adjacent rollers; Increase the accuracy installation of rollers in the horizontal plane; apply the individual drive of each roller; provide a smooth increase in the speed rotation of the rollers along the length of the withdrawing roller table; increase the wear resistance of rollers. A prerequisite for preventing damage to the surface of hot-rolled strips is also the maintenance of a high level technical condition of the mill equipment, which includes inspections of wiring armature bars, roller conveyor rollers and other units for each transshipment, timely replacement and repair of individual parts and assemblies (primarily roller conveyors, interroller plates, etc.).
The idea of this work is to choose a technological scheme of drilling and blasting, which provides spacer pinching of the separateness released along the natural surfaces of the weakening of the ore massif and thereby increases the duration and efficiency of explosive crushing of the structural block array as a whole, the object of research of which is the technological process of drilling and blasting of ore during underground mining of powerful and medium-capacity deposits represented by strong ores. The authors in this robot investigated the parameters of fracturing and structural blockiness of the ore-containing massif of the Yubileynoye deposit and conducted experimental work to establish the quality of breaking of the fractured structural block ore array, and also developed recommendations for choosing a rational scheme and calculating the parameters of drilling and blasting operations in a structurally heterogeneous array.
