RESUMENEl mercado ha requerido de las organizaciones, eficiencia, eficacia, creatividad y agilidad, para ser competitivo y definir sus estrategias encaminadas a la sostenibilidad del negocio. En este contexto, la logística se perfila como un eslabón importante en las estrategias corporativas. Sin embargo, en la lectura previa sobre este tema, hay una laguna acerca de la organización y evaluación de la logística interna. Buscando llenar este vacío, este trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar la importancia de evaluar la logística interna, identificando sus partes componentes, cómo se estructuran y se miden, basados en la literatura y en respuestas de expertos en este campo. El grado de importancia de estas partes será evaluado por tres empresas, mediante una escala Likert. Se muestra la identificación de las partes componentes de la logística interna, los pesos y prioridades de estas partes, y su índice de desempeño, lo que permite a las empresas mejorar su competitividad.Palabras clave: Logística interna, modelo diagnóstico, desempeño, competitividad. The aim of this article is to present a systematic review of the literature on urban logistics and its stakeholders and identify future research directions. In order to discuss the main contributions and trends of this theme, a combination of bibliometric analysis techniques, semantic and content and a technological prospection were performed. Through the evaluation of a sample group of seventy one articles, it was possible to trace paths and understand content approaches, identifying advantages, limitations and conditions for the good development of city logistics and its agents. Based on these findings, the low evidence of how effectively each of the stakeholders influencing the activities of city logistics stands out, since your heterogeneity and conflict of interest are singled out as the cause of the difficulty of this deployment. It is important to note that from the technological prospection was possible to identify the state of innovation on the world stage in the area studied.

The paper aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities for the implementation of industry 4.0 from the perspective of a public policy to encourage research, development and innovation (RD&I) from the Informatics Law (IL) in the Manaus Free Trade Zone (MFTZ). The theoretical foundation is initially carried out using the bibliographic and documental research method, based on a literature review on the main available knowledge scientific databases, using the terms “industry 4.0” and “research, development and innovation”, as well as the IL RD&I policy at MFTZ. The results are described in three dimensions: training and qualification of human resources, fostering the innovation ecosystem and RD&I.
