Purpose
This paper aims to characterize and identify the existing research on risk management in the export development of high-tech products.
Design/methodology/approach
The authors conducted a systematic mapping study to identify and analyze related literature. The authors identified 96 primary studies, dated from 2000 to 2018 and classified them with respect to research focus, types of research and contribution.
Findings
A total of 32 studies were identified and mapped, synthesizing the available evidence on risk management in the export development of high-tech products. “Currency risk” with 13 articles is the dominant research focus. Regarding the research type, “Solution proposal” is the most frequently used research type. “Case study”, “Regression analysis” and “Survey”, respectively, were the most used research methods. However, “FANNIS”, “FAHP” and “Discussion paper” were used less often. “Solution proposal” was the most common research type between 2000 and 2018. Further, the number of publications has declined between 2010 and 2012.
Originality/value
This mapping study provides the first systematic exploration of the state-of-art on risk management research in the export development of high-tech products. The existing body of knowledge is limited to a few high-quality studies.
This paper aims to study the relationship between talent management with job stress in municipality, Kerman. Current statistical sample includes 146 employees of Kerman municipality. Gathering information was performed by two questionnaires of talent management and job stress approved in recent studies. Reliability of questionnaire is obtained by Cronbach Alpha 0.75 and 0.95 respectively. To describe gathered data Pearson & Spearman tests are used. Resultant information is analyzed by SPSS software. Results of the research show that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between talent management and its components (talents attraction, coordinating, maintaining and developing talent), so it is suggested to reduce stress in employees by developing, educating and coordinating them to organization culture.
Life is meaningless without a job, but work without the soul is life destroyed. Spirituality at work is one of the new topics in the discussions was organizational. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect dimensions of spirituality in the workplace on Organization health of security organization the statically population of Sistan and Baluchestan. Current employees of the social security organization Sistan and Baluchestan province, which is based on Morgan 225 subjects were chosen and data SPSS software and multiple liner regressions analysis was investigated. The results showed that the in three dimensions (work with meaning, sense of solidarity and alignment values) as a spiritual in workplace that can impact on organizational health transition is by no means the organizational health. No significant work on organizational health been effective and that the proposed model for others aspects of spirituality in Iran Will be effective.
