Objective: to construct new meanings for the concepts of the Theory of Professional Links with the nursing staff in the micro workspace. Method: qualitative, descriptive and exploratory, based on Vygotsky’s Historical-Cultural Theory. Eight care nurses from different care settings participated in the study. The data collection was conducted by the focus group technique and analysis by Minayo´ s operational proposal. Results: At the beginning of the resignification, some weaknesses have arisen for the application of the theory, among them: lack of time and physical space to meet with the teams, inexperience with approach and techniques of group dynamics. Spirituality and conflict management have emerged in the collective discourse contributing to the perfection of the theory. Conclusions and Implications for practice: from the theory application, there were gaps to be overcome both in the relational, technical and personal scope, allowing each nurse to visualize how their work process is given. Enables a reflective exercise on the doing and scope of group work and nurses’ action and discourse in the management of interpersonal relationships. Through the new concepts added to the theory it can constitute a management model for nursing work.

ResumoEsta pesquisa tem como objetivo geral compreender as concepções e práticas ligadas à espiritualidade nas organizações de trabalho, nas visões heterogêneas da academiaprofessores universitários -e do mercado -representado por gestores e subordinados. Para obter tal escopo, estabelece-se como objetivos específicos identificar as concepções de acadêmicos de administração, gestores e subordinados sobre espiritualidade; identificar as concepções de espiritualidade nas organizações na visão dos mesmos atores e descrever as práticas ligadas à espiritualidade nas organizações. A pesquisa é exploratória, descritiva e qualitativa, com instrumento semiestruturado, focando no entendimento dos fenômenos sociais e em um maior conhecimento sistematizado. Mediante análise das entrevistas em profundidade, conclui-se que a concepção de espiritualidade é diversificada tanto de forma individual, como nas organizações, tendo dois significados distintos: um ligado às crenças, religiões e mitos e outra relacionada à sinergia e interação entre os seres humanos, sem a presença necessária do sagrado. Quanto às práticas ligadas à espiritualidade, além de terem sido citadas várias como exemplo, descobriu-se que estas contribuem diretamente para a melhoria dos resultados empresariais. This study aims at evaluating the effect of organizational commitment on organizational spirituality and happiness among MBA expert managers south of Iran; it is a descriptive correlational study. This study evaluated 338 participants based on complete count method; participants were MBA expert managers south of Iran. Data were gathered applying Hall and Edwards, organizational commitment Questionnaire of Mowdy, Porter & Steers and Oxford Happiness Test. Data were analysed by multi-variable linear regression analysis by simultaneous method by SPSS22. Findings indicate that there is a positive relationship between organizational spirituality and its components with organizational commitment and its three aspects and there is a positive relationship between organizational spirituality, happiness and its dimensions. Among different Aspects of organizational spirituality, awareness, instability, perception management and magnification could predict organizational commitment, and awareness, true acceptance and helplessness could predict variable of business managers’ happiness.
