This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, the University of Papua to examine the effect of each variable on personal financial planning. Respondents in this study were 290 students whose sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling using a quantitative approach. The results of learning research in higher education are influential. Meanwhile, financial management education in the family, self-control, and income do not affect student financial planning. For this reason, students must have the intention/willingness and have clear financial goals to achieve predetermined financial goals.

Abstrak: Analisa Minat Investasi Pasar Modal Pada Mahasiswa di Universitas Papua. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan dan motivasi investasi terhadap minat investasi di Pasar Modal pada mahasiswa FEB UNIPA. Rancangan penelitian secara kuantitatif dengan jenis masalah deskriptif. Populasi penelitian yaitu mahasiswa peserta sosialisasi Pasar Modal. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 76 mahasiswa melalui rumus slovin dari total 323 mahasiswa yang menjadi populasi, diambil dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yaitu tabulasi data, analisis statistik deskriptif, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menyatakan variabel pengetahuan investasi berpengaruh sebesar 21%, dan motivasi investasi sebesar 58,3%. Variabel independen secara simultan mempengaruhi variabel dependen sebesar 57,2%. Variabel motivasi berperan lebih besar, sehingga Bursa Efek Indonesia perlu memfokuskan pada peningkatan motivasi investasi mahasiswa. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya, sebaiknya menggunakan variabel lain selain dari variabel independen pada penelitian ini.Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Motivasi, Investasi, Mahasiswa, Papua Barat

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat kinerja Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Manokwari berdasarkan konsep Balance Scorecard (BSC). Hasil penelitian Kinerja perspektif keuangan rasio ekonomis dikategorikan ekonomis, nilai rasio efisiensi dikategorikan tidak efisiensi, dan nilai rasio efektifitas dikategorikan tidak efektif. Kinerja perspektif pelanggan bahwa variabel wujud fisik memperoleh skor sebesar 17%, variabel ketanggapan memperoleh skor sebesar 20%, variabel keandalan memperoleh skor sebesar 20%, variabel jaminan memperoleh skor sebesar 21%, dan variabel empati memperoleh skor sebesar 22%. Sedangkan untuk akuisisi pasien dinilai kurang baik karena mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya. Dan untuk retensi pasien dinilai baik karena mengalami kenaikan terus menerus setiap tahunnya. perspektif proses bisnis internal indikator proses inovasi dinilai kurang baik dikarenakan tidak ada penambahan jasa pelayanan baru. Pada indikator proses operasi pada jumlah pasien baru terjadi penurunan secara terus menerus. Sedangkan jumlah pasien lama mengalami kenaikan secara signifikan setiap tahunnya, dan untuk jumlah kunjungan terjadi peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Pada rasio pelayanan rumah sakit yaitu ALOS dikategorikan tidak ideal, BOR dikategorikan ideal, TOI dikategorikan ideal, dan dikategorikan ideal. perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran pada retensi karyawan dikategorikan baik karena mengalami kenaikan setiap tahunnya. Sedangkan untuk tingkat produktivitas karyawan dinilai buruk karena mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya dan memperoleh persentase yang kecil.

Manokwari peoples activities and papua generally is simple. Local people in their daily activities engage in activities to meet their daily needs, by doing work that is close to the culture of the local community. Sale activities of self-managed garden products can be seen in traditional markets, or along the roads outside of Manokwari. Extensive agricultural land and mixed with the fertile land of Papua, making crops of local communities fertile and can have economic value that can use to local communities daily needs, whether the result of the garden is their consumption or to sale. Seen from the land and profession of most indigenous Papuans is gardening. So the activity of papua people is bringing garden product to the market for sale and gets income. The purpose of research is to find out how much the product cost, how big the results of sales, how big Net Income and how much Net profit margin. Sample Method in this study is simple random sampling where 15 respondents of local traders who are in Sanggeng traditional markets and 15 respondents traders in Wosi traditional market taken with random. Data is taken based on interviews with questionnaire. Questionnaire contains data requirement from respondent that is income and cost. the data analysis method is Profitability with Net profit margin Analysis. Net profit margin is 69.2% means that the profit generated is 69.2% of the overall sales, every month every trader. This is because that 30.8% is all cost used of the total sales. Result of the Net profit margin means that the business of trading vegetables and tubers is potentially to increase income for the papua people.

This research examines the impact of the President and vice-Presidential 2019-2024 period election results against shares in the IDX30 index. The research aims to see the difference in the average trading volume activity shares between before and after the announcement. This research uses quantitative approaches with a comparative problem. The sample are all company shares included in the IDX30, actively traded and do not take corporate action at the time before and after the announcement of the President and Vice President. This research will compare the average trading volume acivity between before and after the announcement of the recapitulation results. Statistical testing is the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, followed by a different test, the Paired Sample T-Test analysis test, the Wilcoxon Signed Rank analysis test. The result of the Wilcoxon signed rank test is 0.01 <0.05, which means the different trading volume activity is significant, the average is decrease. Investors are expected to consider buying shares after the announcement. This means that political events, namely the announcement of the recapitulation of the election of President and Vice President for the 2019-2024 period, affect the trading volume activity in the IDX30 index. For this reason, investors may consider buying shares after the announcement. Keywords: Political Event, Trading Volume Activity
