Letak keberadaan Kampung Arowi  berada pada Distrik Manokwari Timur Kabupaten Manokwari, tujuan dari pada penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis Peran ganda mama (Ibu) Papua Pembuat kapur pinang, Untuk menganalisis pendapatan keluarga Mama (Ibu) Papua Pembuat Kapur Pinang per bulan dan Untuk menganalisis kontribusi Mama (Ibu) Papua pembuat Kapur Pinang terhadap pendapatan keluarga per bulan. Jenis penelitiaan ini yaitu penelitian Asosiatif dengan hubungan Reciprocal atau hubungan yang saling mempengaruhi. Dengan metode penarikan sampel yaitu Non Probability Sampling dan mengunakan teknik sensus dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu 40 Orang, Dengan mengunakan alat analisis statistik deskriptif maka diperoleh hasil presentase dari peran ganda sebagai peran reproduksi sebesar 83,89% yang sisanya 6,44% dilakukan bersama dan hasil persepsi responden dari peran ganda terhadap pendapatan Keluarga Mama-mama Papua diperoleh presentase sebesar 83,06%, hasil presentase kontribusi Mama (Ibu) Papua pada pendapatan diperoleh nilai presentase sebesar 45,41% ini artinya bahwa peran ganda Mama (Ibu) Papua Pembuat Kapur Pinang terhadap pendapatan keluarga dapat dikatakan baik. The location of the existence of Arowi Village is in the East Manokwari District of Manokwari, Regency, the purpose of this study is to analyze the dual role of Papuan Mama (Mother) Maker Kapur Pinang, to analyze the family income of Mama (Mother) Papuan Lime Maker Pinang per month and To analyze the contribution of Mama (Mother) Papuan Maker of Pinang Lime to family income per month. This type of research is Associative research with Reciprocal relationships or mutually influencing relationships. With the sampling method, namely Non Probability Sampling and using the census technique where all members of the population were sampled, namely 40 people, by using a descriptive statistical analysis tool, a percentage of the dual role as a reproductive role was obtained by 83.89% of which the remaining 6.44% was carried out together and the results of respondents' perceptions of the dual role of the income of the Papuan Mama (Mother)  Family obtained a percentage of 83.06%, The result of the percentage of the contribution of Papuan Mama (Mother) to income obtained a percentage value of 45.41% this means that the dual role of Mama (Mother) Papuan Maker Kapur Pinang to family income can be said to be good.

Based on the Performance Accountability Report of Government of West Papua Provincial Transport Department in the 2017, there is a decline in the percentage of the performance of civil servants. On the semesters of 2016 amounted to 83,22% to 79,27% in the half of 2017. This shows that for three consecutive semesters there are problems associated with the performance. The research objective is analyze the effect of compensation and career development of the performance of civil servants in the West Papua Provincial Transport Department. The population for the sample of respondents was 40 people by using non probability sampling method. Data analyze techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression.   Result of the analysis showed, partially compensated no significant effect (0,870 > 0.05) on the performance of employees, partially significant effect of career development (0.001 < 0,05) on the performance of employees, and simultaneously compensation and career development have significant influence  (0,000 < 0.05) on the performance.

This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, the University of Papua to examine the effect of each variable on personal financial planning. Respondents in this study were 290 students whose sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling using a quantitative approach. The results of learning research in higher education are influential. Meanwhile, financial management education in the family, self-control, and income do not affect student financial planning. For this reason, students must have the intention/willingness and have clear financial goals to achieve predetermined financial goals.

This study aims to determine the level of health of the Mambuin Credit Union Cooperative TP Prafi Manokwari Regency in 2014-2018 based on the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Number: 14 / Per / M.KUKM / XII / 2009 concerning aspects of capital, aspects of productive asset quality, aspects efficiency, aspects of liquidity, aspects of independence and growth, aspects of cooperative identity and management aspects. In this study data were collected through observation, documentation and interview methods. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative techniques guided by the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Number: 14 / Per / M.KUKM / XII / 2009. The results showed that the health level of the 2014 Prafi Credit Union Cooperative in the 2014-2018 category was "Fairly Healthy".The results of the study that in 2014-2018 amounted to 66.31. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs, if the score obtained is equal to or greater than 60 to smaller than 80 (60 ≤ x <80) it is categorized as "Fairly Healthy". The cooperative must equalize the mandatory savings for all members in order to increase their own capital
