Fish is one of the food sources of animal protein (fish) which is widely liked and consumed by the public. This is aside from being relatively inexpensive and easy to obtain, as well as a high nutritional value that can maintain stability and health and can also improve brain intelligence in children. Shredded is one of the traditional processed food products that have long been known by the community. In general, shredded meat is made from beef and other animal meat. Shredded fish contains high enough nutritional components that are needed by our body. To build a culture that is cultured, spiritual, intellectual and intelligent, Palmerah Sub-district, West Jakarta has created thematic villages in six villages in its area. Palmerah Sub-district is a sub-district with a dense population. To support the smart village launched by Mr. Firman as the Head of Palmerah District. Where is a clean and healthy lifestyle and makes the village smart, by inviting families, especially children, to eat fish. One of the processing is by processing fish into shredded fish. Housewives and young people who have not worked are expected to make business opportunities to increase income and can also be consumed by families themselves. Training from the initial stage to completion requires eight months divided into several stages starting from needs analysis, introduction of fish and equipment and the manufacturing process, as well as packaging and the final stage is that the product can be sold through markets, stalls or through online media.
Sorghum is a plant of a family of grasses and is still a family with rice, corn, and wheat. Sorghum grows a lot in the yard of Pasir Mulya residence house Banjaran District Bandung West Java. House wife in this village have not used much of this sorghum plant as food. The purpose of this training is to provide knowledge to the house wife about the benefits of sorghum as a cake-making material. The focus of this research is the process of empowering women through training and mentoring to good packaging, so that the house wife can have activities that produce and help the economy in the area. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interview and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using data analysis technique. The results stated that the process of empowerment of house wife group through the training of cooking skills by way of prescribing, teaches the making of correct cookies and hygiene’s, training the use of the right tools, the packaging process to produce a good product and worth selling. The results of sorghum-based cookies are expected to become a consumable gift from the Pasir Mulya.
AbstrakPengembangan ternak domba pada perkebunan sawit di kabupaten Asahan memiliki prospek yang cerah. Nilai DRCR>1 (Domestic Resources CostRatio) sebagai standar daya saing, sehingga memiliki keunggulan komparatif. Potensi ternak yang di dukung oleh pakan ternak yang tersedia pada perkebunan sawit memperlihatkan potensi reproduksi ideal dengan litter size 1,56. Dari analisis kelayakan NPV positif, B/C Ratio>1 yaitu 1,8 dan IRR 21 % > suku bunga diskonto (12%) menunjukkan bahwa kabupaten Asahan layak untuk dikembangkan.Upaya peningkatan daya saing dengan menggali sumberdaya lokal guna memberikan tambahan pengembangan teori daya saing dan pengembangan ternak domba sesuai pembangunan peternakan berwawasan agribisnis yaitu mencukupi kebutuhan ternak dalam negeri dan dalam upaya menyiapkan permintaan ternak domba sesuai standar pasar ekspor.Kata Kunci : Daya Saing, Ternak DombaAbstractThe Development of Sheep in palm oil plantations in Asahan Regency has a promising future and comparative advantage with DRCR > 1 (Domestic Resources Cost Ratio) as the standard of competitiveness. The potential supported by the available forage on palm plantations shows the ideal reproductive potential with litter size of 1.56. From feasibility analysis there are NPVpositif, B / C ratio is 1.8 and 21 % of IRR > discount rate (12% ).The result indicated that feasible to develop . To increase competitiveness can be done by keepingproduction and population (1) and the quality standards of at least 25 kg live weight (2) and also continuity of the availability of effort to keep the sheeps throughout the year (3). To increase competitiveness by exploring local resources to provide additional development and theory of competitiveness, according to sheep farm development oriented agribusiness is sufficient for domestic demand and also to prepare for export market standards.Keywords: Competitiveness, Livestock Sheep
Penelitian ini dibuat untuk menjelaskan pengaruh subtitusi terhadap putu ayu yang menggunakan bahan utama yaitu kuning telur yang diganti dengan tahu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaan masyarakat terhadap warna, tektur, aroma serta rasa terhadap kue putu ayu. Putu ayu merupakan salah satu kue jajanan pasar yang dapat dijadikan sebagai produk wisata kuliner di Jakarta dan sangat mudah dijumpai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah one-shot case study. Penulis mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada para responden. Data yang diperoleh oleh penulis diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25
In general, the view of a housewife about entrepreneurial activities is one of the activities that can be done to increase family income and fill spare time. This entrepreneurial activity needs training and assistance. This was done because of lack of knowledge and benefits that can be received by these mothers. Megono Rolls can be an alternative business activity that can be carried out by these mothers in order to preserve the traditional food typical of Pekalongan. The focus of this research is the process of empowering women through training and assistance in making a good Megono Rolls, so that PKK women can have activities that produce and help the economy in the area. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using data analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that the process of empowering PKK mothers through the skills training in making Megono Rolls by prescribing and teaching the manufacture of Megono Rolls correctly and hygiene and training on the use of appropriate materials and tools until the manufacturing process will produce good products. So that the results of this Megonon Rolls will become better known and even re-popular as a traditional Pekalongan food.
