Organizational culture tries to understand human behavior by analyzing thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors. The main purpose of research on organizational culture is to understand organizational functioning and organizational behavior better. The main purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of faculty members working at a state university regarding the changes in organizational culture during the pandemic process. It is qualitative research in terms of research method, and the case study design, one of the qualitative research designs, was used in the research. The research was carried out with a study group of 16 academics and administrative staff working in different units of universities. Observation and semi-structured interview techniques were used as data collection tools in the research. The collected data were analyzed with the transfer of observations and qualitative content analysis. According to the analysis findings, the participants' opinions on the change in organizational ethnography during the pandemic process indicate a significant change in this process's organizational attitudes and behaviors. Analysis findings reveal that a traumatic change such as a pandemic causes various uncertainties and resistances in the organizational field. It is understood that organizational support is essential for constructing a flexible organizational culture suitable for the conditions of this process to eliminate job dissatisfaction and loss of motivation caused by the pandemic.
E-government and e-municipality practices, which have gained critical importance in terms of the spread of citizen-oriented service and participatory management approach in local governments, have become a state policy in many countries. In Turkey, within the framework of restructuring the public administration and the e-transformation strategy, e-municipality practices are being expanded in local governments. One of the critical developments in the field of public administration in Turkey recently is e-government applications and e-municipality, which is its reflection on local governments. E-municipality applications are used as a local government strategy to quickly meet the citizens' municipal needs and reduce service costs. In this study, e-municipality services of metropolitan municipalities in Turkey; It is intended to be analyzed in terms of accessibility, performance, Searches Engine Optimization, and Best Practice indicators. The research findings show that the e-municipal services of metropolitan municipalities in Turkey should be improved significantly, given the mentioned indicators.
Bu çalışmanın amacı, gemi inşa sanayinde meydana gelen iş kazalarında güvenli davranışın etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırma, İstanbul (TR1) ili baz alınarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, Tuzla Tersaneler Bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren yedi tersaneden amaçlı örneklem yöntemlerinden kritik durum örneklemesi ile seçilmiş sekiz A ve B sınıfı İSG uzmanından oluşmaktadır.Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre; gemi inşa sanayinde iş kazasına neden olan temel faktörün güvensiz davranıştan kaynaklanan insan hatası olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İş kazalarının meydana gelmesinde etkili olan güvenli davranış boyutlarının işgörenin kadro statüsü, işverenin İSG konusundaki tutumu, İSG' nin önceliklendirilmesi, iş kaybı korkusu, yaptırım, problem bildirim algısı ve işyeri eğitimi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda, güvenli davranışta bulunmada en önemli faktör işgörenin asıl işletme kadrosunda ya da alt işveren işgöreni olmasıdır.Kazaları azaltmada destek görevi gören güvenli davranışın geliştirilmesi ve güvensiz davranışların terkedilmesi iş kazalarını önemli oranda azaltılabilmektedir. Güvenli davranışın tesisi ve içselleştirilmesi sürecinde en önemli rol, çalışanların iş güvenlik farkındalıklarını arttırarak, güvensiz davranışlardan uzaklaşmalarını sağlamaktır. Aynı zamanda bu süreçte sektörel bazda ortak çalışmalar yürütülerek, güvenli davranışın yaygınlığının arttırılabileceği konusu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Son olarak güvenli davranışın geliştirilmesi adına üst yönetimin İSG'yi pekiştirici faaliyetlerde bulunması büyük önem taşımaktadır.
Bibliometric analyses reveal the intellectual, social, and conceptual structure of the publications. In bibliometric analysis, the trend of scientific publications in various disciplines in a certain period is revealed with the help of quantitative indicators. The primary purpose of this study is to create a bibliometric profile of the articles published in the Journal of Ankara University Faculty of Communication between 2014 and 2021. The research preferred the bibliometric method because it is convenient to examine any publication and categorize and report the data systematically. 105 articles written by 128 researchers were examined in the journal during the specified period. The research examined bibliometric indicators such as article and citation frequencies, most cited authors, co-citation analysis, common word analysis, and co-authorship networks. In addition, criteria determined by Price, Lotka, and Pareto were used in the research to reveal author productivity. The research results showed that the articles published in the Journal of Ankara University Faculty of Communication do not comply with Price, Lotka, and Pareto principles. Research findings show that empirical studies in communication have gained importance compared to theoretical studies in recent years.
