The aim of this study is to investigate the correlation between athletes' training continuity and flow experience. Also in the study, it is tested whether age groups, league statuses, sports experience levels provide meaningful differences on the athletes' training continuity and levels of flow experience or not. 138 voluntarily admitted football players from Muglaspor amateur league, who were selected by using random sampling method, participated in the study. In order to determine the athletes' training continuity, a "Personal Information Form" which inquire athletes' training continuity in daily, weekly, monthly and annual training periods, and which consists of 4 questions to describe the participant athletes; and in order to determine the athletes' flow experience, "Dispositional Flow State Scale-2" which was developed by Jackson and Eklund (2004); tested for validity and reliability and accommodated for Turkish athletes by Asci and colleagues (2007) was used in the study as a data collection tool. According to the results of the study, a very strong positive correlation at 0.001 meaningfulness level was found between the training continuity and flow experience. The results of the study also show that there are meaningful differences on athletes' training continuity and flow experience in terms of sports experiences.
The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between organizational trust perception and organizational creativity in the sports workers. The research also analyzed whether there are significant differences in terms of gender, age, years of service, employee status and educational level in organizational trust and creativity beliefs of sports workers. This research was conducted in a relational screening model and a total of 186 sports workers (age average = 32,12 ± 9,59, the average year of service = 10,04 ± 8,20) were selected by random sampling among employees who actively engaged in research, sports organizations and sports clubs participated voluntarily. In the study, as data collection tool, for organization trust sensation "Organizational Trust Scale" developed by Nyhan and Marlowe (1997), organizational creativity belief "Organizational Creativity Scale" developed by Balay (2010), and personal information form composed of 10 questions were used. According to the results of the study, sports workers' there is a positive correlation between organizational trust sensation, organizational creativity beliefs (r=0,468**), and years of service (r=0,390**). In addition, significant differences were found in terms of education level, employee status, service years, general job satisfaction and general life satisfaction in sports workers' organizational trust and creativity beliefs (p <0,05).
