The study is devoted to the problem of the increasing the influence of the distance learning format of education on students of different ages. The changes taking place in the modern world influense greatly on modern trends in the development of the education system. It is necessary to pay attention to particularities of person interaction with information and communication technologies, especially in the field of education. The aim of our investigation was to reveal the features of the influence of the distance learning format of education on schoolchildren middle and high school. To achieve this goal, sociological research methods such as questionnaires and interviews were applied. The results allowed us to conclude that younger students have more problems during distance learning such as: understanding new material, deficiency of attention, technical problems with computer, while teenagers and high school students handle with it more effectively. These data results will help modernize the educational process and make distance learning for schoolchildren easier and understandable, espessially for primary school students.
The article deals with the issue of reducing the importance of the Russian language in the world. Culture is the total social experience of humanity, and language is a means of accumulating, storing, and transmitting this social experience, scientific and everyday information. It is a means of objectifying human consciousness, the continuity of generations, and their historical experience. Until 1991, Russian was the universal means of interethnic communication on one-sixth of the land. The refusal to learn the Russian language in some post-Soviet republics has led to a decline and even to a drop in the level of education and culture in general. The research aims to analyze the Russian language position as the core of culture and education in the post-Soviet space as a means of cross-border cooperation, development of education, and dialogue of cultures. The study has been conducted for 10 years in the South-East of Ukraine. It seems to us that the language situation in the Donbas can be projected with some degree of similarity to the entire post-Soviet space. To determine the principle of the state language policy of the post-Soviet republics, we used the analysis of Ukraine’s legal documents in the period from 1991 to 2020. The presence of a common cultural space and language will help preserve peace and prevent war on the Eurasian continent. The common language space contributes to the development of economic, social, educational, and as a result of geopolitical ties.
The sphere of mass communication is changing rapidly nowadays. To estimate the situation correctly and forecast changes to follow one needs to apply modern research methods. Among such methods there is mathematical modelling. The logical construction that is a mathematical model can substitute and at the same time describe different aspects of the phenomenon studied. Analysis of the model can provide researchers with new information about the phenomenon and allows one to discover regularities not found before. The raticle considers the opportunity of a new media channel appearing in the new future as a result of applying modelling to research into evolution of mass media. The article proves that the main difference between media channels is the fact that they affect different senses connected to the type of the representative system of a particular person. The authors conclude that the fast-developing technologies of virtual reality provide the recipient with an opportunity to receive information at a new level owing to the multisensory perception experience. The article gives examples of effective applying of this technologies to science and production, as well as to the new trend in journalism, i.e. immersive journalism. Immersive technologies are the reason for a new informative-communicative environment to emerge, i.e. VRmedia.
The article is devoted to the study of statistical data on the number of students in the agro-industrial direction in the Rostov region, their demand in the labor market in the conditions of cross-border educational process. The transformation of the education system into a service sector makes self-identification with the profession more difficult. Changes also occur in the system of values and norms of new generations of professionals, whose professional identification formed in the transitive period of the educational space. The considered interdisciplinary approaches to the definition of identity revealed difficulties in the interpretation of this phenomenon in pedagogy, the variety of semantic approaches existed. All these changes lead to the development of a new adaptive model of behavior among students, lack of misunderstanding by educational actors of the essence of the ongoing reforms in the education field and, as a result, the emergence of ineffective educational institutions. If a person identifies himself within the profession that he engaged in, then the efficiency of work, its usefulness will be much higher. Identity as an aspect of motivation will help to remove professional tension, internal conflict. Based on the processing of statistical data, a hypothesis that they have a professional identity proposed. The authors of the article put forward proposals to improve the level of professional identity of young professionals on the base of cross-border model.
