The results. Based on the results of the search activity, we received data indicating the following. Positive changes in the indicators of the experimental group students in all studied parameters of sensorimotor response were established, which testify to the improvement of the functional state of the central nervous system in the students of the experimental group after the end of the experiment. The result of the purposeful correction of the inclusive physical education of students with disabilities was that the positive dynamics of the coefficient of mental performance at the end of the study among the students of the experimental group was within 15 %. According to the integrative assessment of all studied parameters, it can be stated that after the end of the experiment, there is a general tendency to increase the results of the test tasks, which were at an average level in the vast majority of students of the experimental group (63.4 %). Conclusions. The results of the conducted research provide grounds for a conclusion regarding the possibility of purposeful correction employing inclusive physical education of the state of the sensorimotor reaction and its components and therefore have a comprehensive effect on the improvement of the main indicators of psychophysiological functions: the final data of the empirical experiment proved the effectiveness of the innovations introduced in the inclusive physical education of students with disabilities.
According to various sources, the issue of physical self-development of female cadets during their training at a military acad-emy is particularly relevant today. The purpose of the study is to de-termine the effectiveness of an experimental factor and a traditional approach to physical education of girls in forming their readiness for physical self-development after completing a military academy. Mate-rial and methods. the study involved the use of such methods as analy-sis, systematization, pedagogical experiment, psychodiagnostic testing, and mathematical statistics. All the tests used were consistent with the recommendations not only of domestic researchers but also of leading foreign countries. Data from 18 young female officers who had com-pleted their training at the academy a year earlier and used an experi-mental factor were compared with a group of 24 girls who did not use this factor. In addition, data from 108 female cadets who used a tradi-tional approach to organizing, forming, and implementing the content of physical activity were analyzed. Results. One year after the use of the experimental development, the number of female officers with a certain level of self-assessment of qualities enabling them to carry out physical self-development and the formation of the motivational-value component of readiness for this activity did not change. moreover, they showed significantly better results than the girls who used a tradition-al approach to organizing, forming, and implementing the content of physical activity during their training at the military academy. Conclu-sion. the study confirmed the high effectiveness of the experimental development in forming readiness for physical self-development in fe-male cadets

Conclusion. the use of Data Volley software by the Volleyball Federation of Ukraine of statistical reports provides an opportunity for the coaching staff, team players to have the necessary information on the improvement of the technique of motor action, individual, group, team tactical actions in attack and defense. In addition to the above, it is worth noting that the website of the FVU contains information about: statistics of the best players in their respective roles; statistical characteristics of the Championship games of each team; statistical information on each player
Optimization of movement activity in higher education institutions is an actual issue of the present day, which is closely connected with organization and content of physical culture. The purpose of the research is to study the interest of girls to the basketball of 3x3 and to scientifically justify its effectiveness. Material and methods of research. The corresponding set of methods of research, which were included in the following groups were used to solve the tasks: general scientific (analysis, comparison, generalization); sociological (written poll), mathematical statistics 160 students of higher education were involved, namely: National Ivan Ohiienko University of the Faculty of Pedagogy (n-20 girls), the Faculty of Foreign Philology (n-20), the Faculty of Natural and Economic Studies (n-20 girls), the Faculty of History (n-20 girls); Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University with the Institute of Chemistry, Biology and Biology (n-25 girls), the Faculty of Economics (n-25), the Faculty of Geography (n-30 girls). The questionnaire was developed to obtain information concerning the problem under investigation. The survey was conducted at the first session before the beginning of the study of practical material in the first semester, with the implementation of the provisions of the Helsinki Declaration on Medical Research with the participation of a person. Results. They found that girls like to play in team sports 86 %. The greatest advantage they give to the sport game: Volleyball – 77.2 %, basketball – 15 %, football – 11 %, basketball 3x3 – 5.5 %, do not play in any team sport – 8.3 %. They determined that 54 % of respondents wanted to learn to play basketball 3x3. Conclusions. The main condition of optimization of physical activity in institutions of higher education is taking into account interest, as well as introduction of new interesting types of movement activity. Traditional sports remain the biggest popular game among girls, but they show interest in basketball 3x3 and the main reason for their interest is “the opportunity to spend free time” – 66 %, “the interest to the new sport” – 61 %, “it is an active game that improves health” – 55.5 %, “you can easily find a team to play” – 11 %. Taking into account the analysis of the answers we have confirmed once again that basketball 3x3 as a means of physical education can be used in higher education institutions only in a fragmented way, in particular during the study of the main subject of the classes, namely “basketball”, however, as an additional class in the form of sports sections of basketball 3x3 can be held on the voluntary choice of a student
In the article, the author analyzes the problems related to the scientific substantiation of methods for optimizing the physical activity of students who are in good health in the preparatory medical group, at physical education classes. Pupils who are part of a preparatory medical group attend compulsory physical education classes and master the study material in accordance with the requirements of the curriculum. Such students are recommended a gradual increase in physical activity without passing the educational standards and additional classes in general physical training groups. However, in practice, this means that the load on physical education lessons, designed for students of the main medical group, is not always optimized for students of the preparatory medical group, who are engaged together in the classroom form of classes. The aim of the study was to develop and scientifically substantiate the methodology of constructing physical education lessons for 5–6 formers of the preparatory medical group on the basis of motor tasks (MT) of gymnastic type. The technology of building a physical education lesson in the form of a dynamic process of structuring the primary elements ‒ motor (educational, training) tasks into larger fragments and components of the educational process is presented. The use of motor tasks with known functional effects significantly increases the effectiveness of physical education lessons in secondary educational institution. In the study in the analysis of MT as a target criterion were accepted indicators of heart rate (HR), which characterize the functional impact of standard MT. The study involved students in grades 5–6 of the preparatory medical group, who studied gymnastic exercises according to current programs in physical education classes. The total number of children was 52 people. The research results indicate that exercises that have a different structure can cause a typical pulse response and be characterized by the same pulse voltage. Thus, in tasks the minimum ordinariness and standardization in repetitions of exercise ‒ number of times, intervals of rest, intensity of functional shifts, for example, performance of kinds of racks on a gymnastic bench constructed in the form of MT, cause 10 % increase in HR is noted. The specifics of training in gymnastics shows that the combination of elements in the ligaments and combinations leads to the technical complexity of the movements, which, in turn, affects the complexity of MT and increase their pulse value. The practical significance of the results is that the use of methods of building physical education lessons for students of the preparatory medical group in grades 5–6 on the basis of standard MT provides an expressive health effect, which is revealed in increasing physical condition of students, the level of physical performance and students’ health increases. The obtained results can be used in the practice of general secondary educational institutions, including students of other age categories, in the process of training students majoring in 014 Secondary Education. Physical culture, in advanced training courses for physical education teachers.
