The article is devoted to the information systems application in the sphere of small and big tourism enterprises interaction ensuring. The current role of information technologies due to their specific properties in the field of technical development of tourism as well as in the process tourism enterprises interaction ensuring is actualized. The advantages and features of the use of current information systems and technologies, in particular, global distribution systems, computer reservation systems, in the tourism enterprises business activity, which allow to ensure their effective interaction, are highlighted. The stages of the information technologies implementation in the tourism industry are determined. Taking into account the tourism industry specifics and the peculiarities of the information systems use in the tourism market business-entities activities, the authors determined the essence of the small and big tourism enterprises integrative interaction. The main global distribution systems used in the current tourism industry market are analyzed. The main actors controlling the global distribution systems' sector in the world are distincted. A comparative analysis of the main global distribution systems' conditions of use and maintenance is carried out. The main advantages of the global distribution systems, their use in the process of small and big tourism enterprises interaction ensuring are identified, and the prospects for their further development are shown.
The article presents the principled approaches to the conceptual principles development of the small and big enterprises' interaction management. The need to organize the interaction of small and big enterprises based on using a program-objectives approach, highlighting the procedures for structuring and characterizing the set of interacting enterprises, is substantiated. The program for the small and big enterprises interaction organization is considered as a strategic plan with the definition of the main directions of such interaction and the involved enterprises' development. Such a program is presented in the form of a set of "objectives - measures" graphs and optional characteristics related to its structure. The implementation of the program of small and big enterprises interaction organization involves the creation of a mechanism by which the objectives of small and big enterprises interaction organization are formulated in such a way that the organized efforts to achieve them can be defined, developed, tested, approved and considered from the point of view of such objectives, that is, to manage them. The basis of such a mechanism for agreeing with objectives between small and big interacting enterprises is the concept of Management by Objectives. A generalized model of small and big enterprises' interaction management using a coordination and management center was formed. Each of the control circuits in this model is considered as a set of control systems for all interacting enterprises, which are the objects of management. The conceptual principles of small and big enterprises' interaction management were determined. This management concept should be built on the basis of systemic and program-objectives approaches, in which the enterprise is considered as a socio-economic open complex system characterized by developed relationships with the external environment, and its interaction with other enterprises is built taking into account the objectives and development programs coherence. Taking into account this approach, a model of small and big enterprises' interaction management was proposed. The main principles of implementing the concept of small and big enterprises' interaction management were given.

The article examines the possibilities and features of integrative interaction between small and large enterprises. Currently, the domestic and world economies are undergoing serious transformations related to global challenges. This requires the search for new solutions for the transformation of economic systems and the activation of innovative activities at the micro level. The purpose of the article is to study modern aspects and practices of integrative interaction of enterprises and to develop the principles of ensuring integrative interaction of small and large enterprises based on the coherence of their interests. The need to ensure integrative interaction of enterprises of different sizes based on the coherence of their interests is substantiated. It is shown that the most important factor in the effective organization of the integrative interaction of small and large enterprises, on which it should be based, is the presence of common economic interests and their appropriate coherence. The coherence of the economic interests of small and large enterprises is defined as a necessary and sufficient condition to ensure the integrability of their interaction. The main areas and forms of integration of small and large enterprises are given. The possibilities of taking into account mutual expectations and the possibility of certain contradictions of economic interests of small and large enterprises in the interaction process are shown. The creation and operation of integrative formations of small and large enterprises allow, as a result of the specific effects of such an association, to obtain corresponding synergistic effects of an integrative nature, among which the potential of interaction between small and large enterprises and the innovative synergy of such interaction are highlighted. The definition and proposed structure of the interaction potential of small and large enterprises and the stages of its formation are provided. Specific integration factors are singled out as necessary and sufficient conditions for the organization of integrative interaction and the creation of integrative formations of small and large enterprises.
An industrial enterprise is a complex mechanism, the stability and efficiency of which depends on the influence of many factors, the main among which is the provision of an enterprise with production personnel with appropriate education, qualification level, skills and experience. Consequently, investing in personnel development creates conditions for expanding their competencies in order to ensure the competitiveness of personnel and a high level of enterprise performance. It is precisely the inadequate professional skills of the staff of most enterprises that cause low productivity, lead to significant shortcomings in the system of labour organization and management, and as a result -inefficient work of the enterprise. On the information analytical basis, the concept of a new approach to professional development is formulated as the mutual responsibility of the employee and the organization.
