Angka kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III menunjukkan cukup tinggi itu disebabkan karena ibu hamil kurang patuh dalam melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan. Dampak dari ibu hamil yang tidak mengikuti ANC adalah ibu hamil kurang mendapatkan informasi tentang persiapan persalinan sehingga pada saat akan menghadapi persalinan kecemasannya meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan kepatuhan antenatale care (ANC) dengan kecemasanibu hamil trimester III dalam menghadapi persalinan di Bidan Praktek Mandiri (BPM) Yuni Widaryanti Desa Sumber Mulyo Kecamatan Jogoroto Kabupaten Jombang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Populasipenelitianiniadalahibu hamil primigravida trimester III Bulan Mei – Juni di Wilayah Kerja BPM Yuni Widaryanti sebanyak 33 0rang. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling. Variable independen kepatuhan ANC, variable dependen kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III. Instrument untuk kepatuhan ANC menggunakan observasi sedangkan kecemasa n ibu hamil trimester III menggunakan kuesioner. Uji statistic yang dipakai Rank Spearman. Analisa data rank spearman dengan nilai signifikan α = 0,05 diperoleh hasil perhitungan dengan nilaivalue 0,017, artinya adanya hubungan antara kepatuhan antenatal care (ANC) dengan kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III dalam menghadapi persalinan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan ibu hamil lebih termotivasi dalam melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan agar ibu dapat menjaga kondisi kesehatan serta mampu mengatasi kecemasan ibu pada saat menghadapi persalinan. Pendahuluan : Masa pandemi memerikan perubahan besar pada sektor pendidikan. Pembelajaran daring merupakan pilihan yang terbaik dan aman. Hal ini memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap kepuasan peserta didik. Tingkat kepuasan yang baik memberikan korelasi yang sIgnifikan terhadap prestasi mahasiswa. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan selama pembelajaran daring merupakan kunci sukses keberhasilan proses belajar. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan belajar mahasiswa kesehatan pada pembelajaran daring. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan crossectional dengan populasi yang berjumlah 474 mahasiswa, jumlah sampel adalah 237 mahasiswa terdiri dari mahasiswa Diploma Keperawatan dan Kebidanan, Sarjana Keperawatan dan Profesi Ners. Penelitian ini menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan kuesioner karakter mahasiswa Nopita (2018), critical thinking dari Lunney (2019). Sedangkat kuesioner tingkat kepuasan pembelajaran dari Fieger 2012. Hasil: . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sejumlah 185 (78%) mahasiswa mengalami kepuasan selama pembelajaran online. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah karakter mahasiswa dengan nilai p=0.009, critical thinking p=0,003 dan profesionalisme pengajar p=0.030. critical thinking mahasiswa merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dalam pembelajaran daring. Kesimpulan: Dalam proses pembelajaran hybrid learning pasca pandemi diharapkan sikap tanggung jawab, kreatif, mandiri, rasa ingin tahu, komunikatif disiapkan dengan baik sehingga kepuasan akan semakin bisa ditingkatkan dan hal ini akan berdampak pada prestasi mahasiswa
Leprosy survivor not only suffers physical damage but also suffer psychosocially because of environmental behaviour that causes problems and impacts on their families and sufferers. One way that can be used to overcome this dependence is family psychoeducation. This study aims to determine the effect of family psychoeducation on self-care in leprosy survivor in Jombang. The design of this study was a pre-experimental one-group pre-post test design. The population of the family who had been infected with leprosy were 22 people. The sample size was 22 respondents using total sampling. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results showed that before family psychoeducation 54.5% of self-care was good as many as 12 families but after psychoeducation, the family was 77.3% good as many as 17 families. The Wilcoxon test shows the ρ-value (0.025) <0.05, which means that there is an effect of family psychoeducation on self-care in leprosy survivor. Family psychoeducation has a positive impact on the family, which can improve the ability of the family to carry out self-care independently at home. It can be concluded that family psychoeducation is effective for improving self-care in leprosy survivor. This therapy is expected to be applied so that there is a change in the level of the family's ability to carry out self-care.
Background: Children with Mental retardation have intellectual limitations which cause dependency. The limitation of mentally retarded children becomes a stressor for the family which can affect the family's ability to provide care. So that adaptive coping is needed, so families can provide optimal care. Family psychoeducation is a way that can optimize family coping. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of family psychoeducation on coping in treating children with mental retardation. Methods: The design of this study was quasi experimental pre-post test with control group of family psychoeducation intervention. The family population who had mental retardation children in Jombang was 277. While the sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique as many as 140 families with a distribution of 70 families as the control group and 70 families as the treatment group. The independent variable was family psychoeducation and the dependent variable was family coping in treating children with mental retardation. This study used the Wilcoxon statistical test in the treatment group 0.001 which followed by a Mann Whitney difference test which showed the results of ρ value (0.000) <α (0.05). Result: The results showed that there was an effect of family psychoeducation on family coping in treating children with mental retardation. Family psychoeducation provided information through a psychological approach to the care of children. Conclusion/implication: Families are expected not only understand the care of children with mental retardation but also improve family coping mechanisms so that psychosocial problems in the family are resolved properly.
