This paper describes a Human-Machine interface for rudder control system based on WinCC. This interface contains the dynamic monitoring screen for rudder control system, and it can communicate with PLC and WinCC. The Human-Machine Interface has an overview schematic of steering system, and there are five sub-screens in the overview schematic including Unit screen, Measure screen, Alarm screen, Trend screen and Table screen. The display patterns of data are virtual dashboard and curves, and it can be recoded, saved and printed. The system achieves the communication between PLC and WinCC by using OPC. Experiments demonstrated that setting up a monitoring platform for industrial production achieve a visual monitoring, data acquisition and display effectively.
In order to restrain the hydrate formation in the gas transmission pipeline, according to the heat transfer theory of fluid in the circular tube of multilayer cylindrical wall, comprehensively considering many factors such as earth temperature variation, natural gas physical property and so on, we theorized numerical method and computational formula of thermodynamic calculation of buried electric heat tracing gas transmission pipeline, which are used to the field calculation. The results show that the outlet temperature of pipelines with electric tracing ribbon has a sensible rise, and the minimum is 3.8°C, under the conditions given in this paper, the maximum ups to 19.8°C, the relative percentage error between calculation results and actual measurement values is less than 5%, so we can concluded that the derived temperature drop formulas and the calculation software can totally meet the requirement in oilfield production.
In this paper, an Improved Ant Colony Algorithm is applied to the identification of the ship motion modelNomotos 1st-order nonlinear model. A robust method based on Ant Colony Algorithm is proposed for the optimization of the continuous function. The transfer criterion of the ants between each layer and global pheromone updating process are described. Some experiments results show that this method has good identification accuracy. The algorithm is feasible and effective, is of enormous significance to the system identification of ship motion.
