The business strategy is a significant factor that can be used to strengthen and improve the organization. It can create competitive advantages as more significant than the foreign market, thereby realizing sustainable commercial development where the survival and continuity in the Organization for the best. Consequently, the study aims to explore the relationship between the role of business strategy on creating a competitive advantage in the organization. Previous limited studies have been highlighted the important role of the business strategies in various fields in an organization. Therefore, based on the available empirical literature, this study highlights the role of business strategy to create a competitive advantage. We found the business strategy has a vital role in the competitive advantages to gain the market. Moreover, the organization market affected by a good quality strategy. Furthermore, the study offers useful suggestions to different stakeholders for the importance of business strategy in the organization context.
Publishing negative results represents a debate among the scientists and researchers. Numerous studies in different countries have shown the importance and the positive impacts of publishing negative data to improve the healthcare and the biopharmaceutical innovation and prolong the lifetime expectance via spreading knowledge even the part of it considered as "negative data". In this article, we give an ethical sight about the unpublished and undisclosed negative research results and the necessity of their publication. Moreover, the need of publishing trial failures reports remains an important question as well.

The contribution of new bio drugs in enhancing the population's health and providing welfare for the population in a sort that has never been seen before. However, despite all the benefits it has achieved, biopharmaceutical innovation does not escape from the bioethical challenge and rational guidelines that should adhere to its research process. Previously, the biopharmaceutical innovation was not deeply within the ethical debates Nevertheless, this character of thoughts has changed when the ethical standards awareness of the public and the health professionals have increased.
We are at a time where diseases, epidemics and viruses spreading with unlimited rate and neither young nor elderly individuals have escaped from it. At a time when the average of chronic patients, epidemic, disabled and mortality is increasing day after day, this dilemma pushed and motivated the biopharmaceutical sectors to innovation in order to mitigate this plight. giving birth to a new bio drug need to pass through several phases, and every phase should pass through several ethical guidelines and some responsibilities, according to the rational and moral principle the pharmacists, stakeholders, the managers and the whole company crew form a team with different specialization but with one principle, is to serve the patients' health, improve the healthcare system and enhance the humanity wellbeing with a high ethical and responsibility values. This article gives a glance about some ethical standards, behavior and responsible guidelines which should the whole biopharmaceutical crew adhere to before and during and after the bio drug innovation's process.
