Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peranan persepsi pada kebisingan, shift dan kelelahan terhadap stress kerja karyawan di PT. Hasnur Riung Sinergi Kabupaten Tapin Kalimantan Selatan. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 50 (lima puluh) orang. Teknik pengambilan data dengan cara purposive random sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner persepsi pada kebisingan, shift kerja, kelelahan kerja dan skala stress kerja. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada peranan secara signifikan antara persepsi pada kebisingan terhadap stress kerja, namun faktor kelelahan berperan sebesar 33,6 % terhadap terjadinya stres. Kemudian bekerja pada shift pagi berperan terhadap terjadinya stress daripada bekerja pada shift malam hari. Hasnur Riung Sinergi Tapin district of South Kalimantan. Subjects numbered 50 (fifty). Data retrieval techniques by purposive random sampling. Data collection tool used a questionnaire on the perception of noise, shift work, job burnout and job stress scale. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis. The results showed no significant role between stress perception in noise to work, but the fatigue factor of 33.6% contribute to the occurrence of stress. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan pada anggota Organisasi Mapala Piranha Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran kepemimpinan terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan subjek dengan purposive sampling. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah anggota Organisasi Mapala Piranha yang memiliki nomor register keanggotaan sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala peran kepemimpinan dan skala perilaku pro-lingkungan. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 3,350 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,002 (p < 0,05) > t tabel sebesar 2,048, yang memiliki arti bahwa adanya pengaruh positif peran kepemimpinan terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan pada anggota Mapala Piranha Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Pengaruh peran kepemimpinan terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan anggota Mapala Piranha sebesar 28,6% dengan klasifikasi besar persentase indikator peran interpersonal sebesar 9,7%, indikator peran informasional sebesar 9.45%, dan indikator peran pengambilan keputusan sebesar 9,45%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah semakin baik peran kepemimpinan yang dijalankan, maka semakin baik pula perilaku pro-lingkungan anggota Organisasi Mapala Piranha Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. ABSTRACT The Student Organization of Nature Lovers (Mapala) has activities which are pro-environment-oriented such as reforestation, preservation of environment and conservation of natural resources. Pro-environmental behavior within the organization can be influenced by the the role of leadership. This study was conducted in the members of MAPALA Piranha at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Lambung Mangkurat University and aimed to find out the influence of leadership role on pro-environmental behavior. The method used in this study was the subject selection technique with purposive sampling. The subjects were 30 members of Mapala Piranha having membership registration numbers. Data were collected using a scale of leadership role and a scale of pro-environmental behavior. Based on simple linear regression analysis of the data, it obtained that the value of t count was 3.350 with significance level 0.002 (p < 0.05) > t table of 2.048, which meant that there was a positive influence of leadership role on pro-environmental behavior in the members of Mapala Piranha at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Lambung Mangkurat University. The influence of leadership role on pro-environmental behavior in the members of Mapala Piranha was 28.6% with the classification of indicator percentage of interpersonal role by 9.7%, informational role by 9.45%, and decision-making role by 9.45%. It can be concluded from this study that the better the leadership role, the better the pro-environmental behavior in the members of Mapala Piranha at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Lambung Mangkurat University. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Ratu Zalecha Martapura. Sampel penelitian merupakan perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Martapura yang berjumlah 49 orang, dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa skala, yaitu skala komitmen organisasi dan skala OCB. Penelitian ini menggunanakan metode uji analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap OCB yaitu sebesar 17,8% terhadap tinggi atau rendahnya tingkat OCB, sehingga tinggi atau rendahnya komitmen organisasi akan mempengaruhi tinggi atau rendahnya OCB perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ratu Zalecha. The samples of the study were 49 nurses of Ratu Zalecha General Hospital Martapura, selected using random sampling techniques. Data were collected using organizational commitment scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale. The analysis of data using simple linear regression analysis test the result showed in general, organizational commitment affected OCB by 17.8% for the high or low levels of OCB, that the high or low levels of organizational commitment would affect the high or low levels of organizational citizenship behavior in nurses of Ratu Zalecha General Hospital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan dengan stres karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan / pekerja lapangan bagian operator mesin pada PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam, dengan kriteria karyawan / pekerja yang berjenis kelamin pria. Jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 40 orang. Subjek dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Subjek penelitian berusia 20 tahun sampai dengan 50 tahun. Tingkat pendidikan subjek penelitian adalah STM Mesin berjumlah 14 orang, STM Listrik berjumlah 9 orang, D1 Mesin berjumlah 3 orang, D1 Listrik berjumlah 8 orang, D3 Mesin berjumlah 4 orang dan S1 Tehnik Mesin berjumlah 2 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah Kuesioner untuk mengukur Persepsi Terhadap Kebisingan dan Skala untuk mengukur Stres. Sebelum digunakan instrumen-instrumen ini diujicoba terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi Persepsi Terhadap Kebisingan dengan Stres adalah ( r = 0,482 dengan p = 0,003 (p < 0,01) ). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan dengan stres karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam diterima. Jadi, semakin tinggi persepsi terhadap kebisingan, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat stres, dan semakin rendah tingkat persepsi terhadap kebisingan, maka semakin rendah pula tingkat stres. The results showed that the correlation coefficient Perceptions of noise with the Stress is ( r = 0.482 with p = 0.003 (p <0.01) ). This suggests that there is a positive relationship between perceptions of noise with the stress of employees PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam be accepted.
