This study aims to establish a Heutagogy approach for teacher professional education in Indonesia as an attempt to improve teacher competencies. This study will identify key elements of a Heutagogy approach derived from previous Heutagogy practices. The methods to collect data for developing the Heutagogy approach in this study employs a literature review of previous research and findings related to Heutagogy practice. In this regard, this study's established elements are Learner-determined learning, Metacognitive reflection, Collaboration, and Capability development. These elements are analysed and then incorporated into the TPE model with support from online learning tools. Capability development is the goal of experiencing each of the elements of Heutagogy in this approach. Each of these key elements will contribute to developing participants capability as professional teachers. The Heutagogy approach in this study is expected to be significant for improving teacher competencies in Indonesia. Keywords: teacher professional education, heutagogy
: Analysis of Autoritarian Style of Care for Youth Independence in Laguboti Village, Pollung District, Humbahas Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of authoritarian parenting style on adolescent independence in Laguboti Village, Pollung District, Humbahas Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. quantitative. The sample in this study were 31 adolescents aged 13-18 years. Data collection is done by observation and questionnaire techniques. Based on the results of the study obtained a regression equation Ŷ = 25.69 + 0.47X and authoritarian parenting style variables have a significant influence on the independence of adolescents aged 13-18 years, where t is equal to 2.08 with the price of ttab at α = 0.05 ie 1.69. This result shows thit price> ttab or 2.08> 1.697. The percentage contribution of authoritarian parenting style to the independence of adolescents aged 13-18 years is 13.10%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya pengasuhan autoritarian terhadap kemandirian remaja di Desa Laguboti Kecamatan Pollung Kabupaten Humbahas. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 31 orang remaja usia 13-18 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan penyebaran angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi Ŷ = 25,69 +0,47X dan variabel gaya pengasuhan autoritarian memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemandirian remaja usia 13-18 tahun, dimana t hitung sebesar 2,08 dengan harga ttab pada α = 0,05 yakni 1,69. Hasil ini menunjukkan harga thit > ttab atau 2,08 > 1,697. Persentase sumbangan gaya pengasuhan autoritarian terhadap kemandirian remaja usia 13-18 tahun adalah sebesar 13,10%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Pengasuhan Autoritarian berpengaruh terhadap Kemandirian Remaja di Desa Laguboti Kecamatan Pollung Kabupaten Humbahas.Kata Kunci : Autoritarian, Kemandirian Remaja
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran literasi digital dalam gerakan perempuan di kelompok Dasa Wisma di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tempat penelitian berlokasi di Dusun Balerejo, RT/RW 03/02, Desa Bumiharjo, Kecamatan Glenmore, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penentuan informan dari penelitian ini menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Hubberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan tahap penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan literasi digital anggota Dasa Wisma dilakukan dengan pendekatan secara konseptual yang berfokus pada aspek pengembangan kognitif dan sosial emosional. Pengetahuan dan kemampuan literasi digital berperan penting bagi kelompok Dasa Wisma dalam upaya memberdayakan perempuan, yakni upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan, memberikan akses agar lebih memiliki produktivitas, konsientisasi anggota, partisipasi di setiap kegiatan, dan kesetaraan dalam kekuasaan yang belum memiliki kontrol atau kuasa dalam pengambilan keputusan. Digital Literacy: Empowering Women in the Dasa Wisma Group in Banyuwangi RegencyAbstract: This research aims to identify and describe the role of digital literacy in the women's movement in the Dasa Wisma group in Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The research location is in Balerejo Hamlet, RT/RW 03/02, Bumiharjo Village, Glenmore District, Banyuwangi Regency. Determination of informants from this research using snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Hubberman model are data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the digital literacy knowledge of Dasa Wisma members was carried out with a conceptual approach that focused on aspects of cognitive and social emotional development. Digital literacy knowledge and skills play an important role for the Dasa Wisma group in efforts to empower women, namely efforts to improve welfare, provide more productive access, raise awareness of members, participate in every activity, and equality in power that does not have control or power in decision making.
Farmer group is a place for farmers to obtain various innovations in agriculture through the learning process. As a forum for learning, farmer groups should have the independence to develop groups based on their needs, so that groups become empowered. Group empowerment is linked to many factors, including group leadership and group climate. This study aims to analyze the influence of group leadership and group climate on group empowerment. This research was conducted in Sumber Rejo Village of Beringin Subdistrict of Deli Serdang Regency with all members of farmer group as the population, and research sample determined by random or simple random. Data were collected using questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that farmer groups leadership significantly influence farmer groups climate, farmer groups leadership significantly influence groups empowerment, and group climate significantly influence group empowerment at level of trust α 0,05.
