ABSTRAK Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menigkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produk kain yang dihasilkan oleh mitra, dan meningkatkan jalur pemasaran yang dapat digunakan oleh mitra dalam meningkatakan penjualan kain tenun ikat torso. Metode yang digunakan adalah penampingan, pelatihan, dan praktek langsung oleh mitra UMKM Tenun Ikat Troso Jepara. Capain kegiatan ini adalah dimilikinya alat tenun bukan mesin yang telah ditambah alat jangkar untuk memproduksi varian kain yang berbeda dengan kain yang selama ini diproduksi oleh mitra. Mitra memiliki standar operasi prosedur (SOP) produksi untuk menjaga kualitas kain yang diproduksi. Mitra memiliki jalur pemasaran baru melalui online marketing dengan memanfaatkan website dan social media guna meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Kata kunci: Pendampingan, Pelatihan, UMKM, Tenun Ikat. ABSTRACT This activity aims to improve the quantity and quality of woven fabric, and improve the marketing channels that can be used by partners in increasing sales. The method used is direct mentoring, training, and practice by SME's partners Tenun Ikat Troso Jepara. Achievement this activity are owned ATBM that have been added jangkar tool to produce variants of different fabrics with fabric that had been produced by partners. Partners have standard operating procedure (SOP) production to maintain the quality of fabric produced. In the development of industrial revolution 4.0, sharia financial institutions keep improving their product innovation through the use of financial technology (fintech). Through development and innovation, society is expected to keep up to date with the current financial services. This research aims to investigate how the interest in using sharia services affected by several factors, such as convenience, benefits, attitude, and suitability. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method through multi-linear regression analysis. The population of the research is Jepara people who use sharia fintech services. The sample is selected through incidental sampling. The research findings reveal that convenience, attitude, and benefit affect sharia fintech users' perceptions of the use of services provided by sharia financial institutions. Meanwhile, trust and suitability do not affect users' perceptions.
The major weakness of SMEs is in financial management and marketing. These problems obstruct their growth and ability to plan and innovate their business. This study examines the influence of personality, financial culture, and competence on SMEs' innovation and financial planning. The sample was determined by proportional random sampling repose industry type, and 285 complete data were analyzed. Data were collected through a structured offline questionnaire. A quantitative analysis approach was followed using a structural equation model. The results show that financial planning is an effective mediator of personality, financial culture, and competencies toward financial innovation. Personality and financial culture do not directly affect financial innovation but indirectly affect financial planning. However, competence directly affects financial innovation and indirectly passes through financial planning. This paper argues that SMEs have the potential to overcome economic crises by focusing on how they manage finance innovation and considering determining factors of financial planning and innovation. Finally, this study contributes to the literature on SME financial behavior and factors such as personality, financial culture, and competencies that leads to the recommendation of SME owners/managers to innovate in accessing finance.
Islamic microfinance institutions are financial institutions that carry out operational activities based on sharia principles. One of them is the Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT), this institution serves savings and funding to the middle and lower communities by picking up the ball. With this system, it will be an opportunity for human resources (SDI) who are less loyal and responsible with their institutions to commit fraud or irregularities. Therefore, this study aims to find out how triangle fraud affects the occurrence of fraud in BMT. The research method uses independent path analysis with a sample of 84 respondents from the marketing department, supervisors, and financing managers. The results of this study are that Rationalization and pressure have a positive and significant effect on the occurrence of fraud, while the opportunity does not have an influence on the occurrence of fraud. Salah satunya adalah Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT), lembaga ini melayani tabungan dan pembiyaan masyarakat menengah kebawah dengan menjemput bola. Dengan sistem yang demikian akan menjadi peluang bagi sumber daya insani (SDI) yang kurang loyal dan bertanggungjawab dengan lembaganya untuk melakukan kecurangan atau penyimpangan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagiamana triangel fraud berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya fraud di BMT. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur independen dengan sampel karyawan bagian marketing, supervisor, manajer pembiayaan sebanyak 84 responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rasionalitas dan tekanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terjadinya kecurangan atau fraud. Sedangkan kesempatan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap terjadinya fraud.
rate of return of a BaitulMaalwaTamwil (BMT) is one of the survival of BMT, which willbe a contributing factor to the level of SHU. Sample of this research is 178 consisting of BMTwhich exists in North of Central Java. The method used is quantitative with Structural EquationModel (SEM) using Partial Least Squar (PLS) tool. The results of this research are variablepressure; the ability of actors has a significant positive effect on the variable rate of return onfinancing. Variable of legal uncertainty has a significant negative effect on the variable rate ofreturn on financing. While variable of the return rate of financing has a significant positive effectto the rest of the business results (SHU). Thus, the implications of BMT need to strengthen theoperational standards and the implementation of the system of financing and billing in order toreduce or even eliminate loan defaults, which will support the welfare of BMT members.
