: This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of human resources on the performance of contract employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Banjarmasin. The type of research carried out in this research is using associative or relationship research and belongs to the type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were contract employees of the Banjarmasin City Population and Civil Registration Office. To determine the number of samples, the use of sampling is non-probability with the technique used by researchers with sampling of respondents, namely saturated sampling as many as 34 of the total population. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. The data processing technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test, and R2 test, linear regression test with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the quality of human resources proved to have a positive and significant influence on the performance of contract employees. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah interview dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan kontrak Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil kota Banjarmasin. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel maka penggunaan pengambilan sampel adalah dengan non probabilitas dengan teknik yang digunakan peneliti dengan penarikan sampel terhadap responden yaitu sampling jenuh yakni sebanyak 34 keseluruhan total populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji t, dan uji R2, uji regresi linier dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kontrak. The research that has been conducted aims to determine the factors that affect employee performance at the Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo General Hospital Kuala Kapuas. The research was conducted using descriptive methods, data were collected and obtained from interviews, observations and documentation, data were collected through key informants and informants. The data that has been collected is analyzed by qualitative analysis. The research that has been done gives the results that the factors that affect the performance of employees at the Regional General Hospital Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas is seen from the ability which consists of education, the employees at the Regional General Hospital Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas mostly had high school education, especially structural ones. The training that employees participated in was secretarial training, budgeting, and equipment maintenance as well as financial accountability, and functional training aimed at medical personnel, especially nursing staff. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas can be said to be good although there is still a need for guidance, the supervision carried out is informal, namely by providing only direction, the condition of facilities and infrastructure is still not adequate to support the work, and the physical condition of the work environment is still being improved.

: This research aims to formulate a way to improve the competence of school supervisor in the research development sector at Education Authorities Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. Key informant in the research amounted to 1 person and informant amounted to 6 person. After data is collected then analyzed with techniques including data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing and verification. Data credibility test in research is the extension of observation, increase perseverance, triangulation, negative case analysis, using reference material, and hold a memberc heck. The results showed that the competence of school supervisor in the research development sector at Education Authorities Hulu Sungai Utara Regency was not maximized. This is caused some school supervisor are less motivated because they are already in the comfort zone, limited knowledge of school supervisor, not implementation of sanctions (regulations), lack of education and training. The ability of school supervisors carrying out development research competencies has not been maximized, it can be seen that only 3 indicators are fulfilled out of 8 development research competence indicators. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Key Informan pada penelitian berjumlah 1 orang dan informan berjumlah 6 orang. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Uji kredibilitas data pada penelitian adalah perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, triangulasi, analisis kasus negatif, menggunakan bahan referensi, dan mengadakan membercheck. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pengawas sekolah bidang penelitian pengembangan pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara belum maksimal. Hal ini disebabkan sebagian pengawas sekolah kurang termotivasi karena sudah berada pada zona nyaman, terbatasnya pengetahuan pengawas sekolah, belum dilaksanakannya penerapan sanksi (regulasi), kurangnya pendidikan dan pelatihan. Kemampuan pengawas sekolah dalam melaksanakan kompetensi penelitian pengembangan belum maksimal, hal ini dapat diketahui bahwa hanya 3 indikator yang terpenuhi dari 8 indikator kompetensi penelitian pengembangan. Non-cash Food Aid Users (BPNT) is food aid from the government that is given to Beneficiary Families (KPM) every month through an electronic account mechanism which is used only to buy food at E-Warong (Electronic Mutual Cooperation Stalls). In Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2017 that the Indonesian people who get BPNT are people who are classified as poor even though in its implementation there are many things that do not match the amount of assistance with the basic needs of the community so that this assistance is complained of by the community. This research, entitled "Satisfaction Survey of Non-Cash Food Assistance Users in East Banjarmasin District", has a formulation of the problem of how satisfied BPNT program users are in East Banjarmasin District. The purpose of this study was to determine the user satisfaction of the BPNT program in East Banjarmasin District. This research uses descriptive quantitative method using several data collection techniques such as questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data sources used are primary data from questionnaires and observations and secondary data from the regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017. Data will be analyzed using a Likert scale and community satisfaction index. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the community satisfaction survey consists of 9 indicators, then there are indicators that must be improved, namely time indicators, officer competence and complaints handling indicators, while the indicators that are maintained are requirements indicators, procedures, product specifications, costs, behavior. officers and infrastructure, based on the calculation of SKM, the results obtained are 75.875 compared to table II between 65.00 - 76.60 with interval C values converted to quality Service Unit performance is in a poor position.
