The research that has been conducted aims to determine the factors that affect employee performance at the Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo General Hospital Kuala Kapuas. The research was conducted using descriptive methods, data were collected and obtained from interviews, observations and documentation, data were collected through key informants and informants. The data that has been collected is analyzed by qualitative analysis. The research that has been done gives the results that the factors that affect the performance of employees at the Regional General Hospital Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas is seen from the ability which consists of education, the employees at the Regional General Hospital Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas mostly had high school education, especially structural ones. The training that employees participated in was secretarial training, budgeting, and equipment maintenance as well as financial accountability, and functional training aimed at medical personnel, especially nursing staff. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas can be said to be good although there is still a need for guidance, the supervision carried out is informal, namely by providing only direction, the condition of facilities and infrastructure is still not adequate to support the work, and the physical condition of the work environment is still being improved.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Pengelolaan Dana Desa di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan apa perbedaannya dengan pengelolaan Dana Desa sebelum munculnya pandemi tersebut, yang dilaksanakan pada Kantor Desa Sinar Baru Kecamatan Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Data dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Desa Sinar Baru meliputi Kepala Desa dan Perangkat Desa, kemudian beberapa orang masyarakat serta dokumen-dokumen yang erat hubungannya dengan penelitian yaitu peraturan perundang-undangan terkait pengelolaan dana desa, data anggaran APBDes, profil desa, dll. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana Desa Sinar Baru Kecamatan Rantau Badauh Kabupaten Barito Kuala di masa pandemi COVID-19 mengalami beberapa perubahan yang terletak pada penyaluran dan prioritas penggunaan dana desa pada tahun 2020, sebagian besar dana desa akan digunakan untuk penanganan COVID-19 dan Bantuan Lansung Tunai Desa (BLT-Dana Desa). Sedangkan kendala yang ditemui misalnya terlalu sedikitnya anggaran dana tak terduga/dana cadangan/keadaan mendesak desa untuk penanganan dan pencegahan COVID-19, sehingga Pemerintah Desa terpaksa merombak kembali Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa-nya. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the School Participation Rate on  Gross Domestic Product, to analyze the effect of the School Participation Rate and  Gross Domestic Product on the Percentage of Poor People, to analyze the effect of the School Participation Rate on the Percentage of Poor People through  Gross Domestic Product. This research is quantitative research and library research. Data source from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The sampling in this study used data on school participation rates from 7-18 years old, the percentage of poor people and  Gross Domestic Product during 2013-2019. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis, T Test and Sobel Test. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is no significant effect of the School Participation Rate on  Gross Domestic Product, there is a significant effect of the School Participation Rate on the Percentage of the Poor, there is no negative and statistically significant effect of  Gross Domestic Product on the Percentage of Poor People negative mediation of the School Participation Rate variable through  Gross Domestic Product to the Percentage of Poor Population.

Results of the study showed that corporate governance impact affect positively significant to participation, corporate governance affect negatively significant to the financial and social performance, participation affect negatively significant to the financial performance and social performance and financial performance positive significant effect on financial performance, this shows that there is no trade-off between financial sustainability and the social mission of MFi.
